Greenbriar Village Apartments and Townhomes reviews
4Went one time as a visit. Got stuck leaving. Cause it snowed for 4 hours during my stay and no one plowed or salted the insanely steep hill up to green tree rd. Only got out due to some nice resident who pushed me up the hill, who informed me they rarely plow, and when they do it’s sub par job
I currently live at the apartment so if I could give it a zero I would. All I can say is the apartments are ok. But management id horrible! The old management was better. The attitude is something else not to mention the service. It takes them forever to respond and fix anything and they have NO emergency service on the weekends or after hours 4: 30pm or 5pm depending if they even come to the office that day. (first I have EVER heard of that) so basically you call the locksmith or the police if you are locked out or if anything is not working you have to pay out of your own pocket on weekends, or after hours or holidays, so keep that in mind. They have no generators so every little strong wing and your lights are out. The gym barely open on weekdays and never open on weekends we used to have a key or sometimes they would leave it open. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I can not wait for my lease to be over.
Lived here 4 years and only good experiences. Maintenance responds in a day. Had a fridge die on me and got a replacement delivered the next day. Marginal inflation increases and a few times with none. Left due to a new job offer out of state.
At first it was good. Then came the BED BUGS from the neighbors next door. Union real estate and the crew at Greenbriar could care less. It took months and months before anything was rectified. I had to move out. Do not rent there!
