Good cause and makes it easy to donate but they took something that was not meant to be donated. When I called to get it back they claim to have looked for it but could not find it even tho I called for them to look for it less than 5 hours after they picked it up. The supervisor also seemed like she couldn't get off the phone soon enough.

Easy to drop off clothes for charity. It’s great that you can pick between several and decide where it goes.

Quick drop for your donation items. Bring bags sorted into different categories (clothes, household, etc.) to make your drop off easy and help them w sorting.

Very easy to donate stuff. Clean out that closet, pull up and dump. Much easier than dealing directly with Salvation Army.
