Greene Manor, Philadelphia PA

Among other apartment complexes, I think my property owner and her staff are the most important aspect to my experience in this building besides having a suitable home for myself and the rest of my household. Issues within their reach are handled almost exclusively by the next available maintenance opening or next business day, as soon as we reach out. This trait has to be the most important thing to me while living here. It’s very homey here!

I really appreciate all the staff at Greene Manor for their outstanding service. They are very polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Especial thanks to Ashley, the property manager, who was always responded to my email very quickly, and resolved the issues in a timely manner. My son, who lives at the Greene Manor apartment, is very happy with it thus far.

Paula has been great managing the property. She ensures the property is well kept and managed. The maintenance team is always on point with making repairs. The cleaning staff ensures that common areas are cleaned. I’ve been here for over 13yrs and would recommend the property and the area in general.

My experience with Greene Manor Apartments during the application process left me appalled and deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential residents to steer clear of this complex, regardless of any attractive rent offers. The unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by the leasing agent was beyond belief.

From the moment I walked into the leasing office, it was evident that customer service and professionalism were not priorities for the staff. The leasing agent I encountered was not only unhelpful but also displayed a complete disregard for my concerns and questions. Their lack of basic courtesy was both shocking and disappointing.

Furthermore, the management's deceptive practices added insult to injury. Despite being approved for the apartment, I was blindsided when they attempted to charge me a higher rent than initially promised. This bait-and-switch tactic is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity on their part. Future residents should be cautious as this deceitful behavior is indicative of how they operate.

It is clear that Greene Manor Apartments values their profit margins over the satisfaction and well-being of their prospective tenants. If this is the treatment received during the application process, one can only imagine the level of disrespect and negligence that residents endure after moving in.

I implore anyone considering Greene Manor Apartments to seriously reconsider. Don't be enticed by seemingly affordable rent. The unprofessionalism, rudeness, and deceptive practices exhibited by the leasing agent and management overshadow any potential benefits. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring alternative living options that prioritize professionalism, honesty, and respectful treatment of their residents.

RENTERS BEWARE
I would honestly give this place 0 stars If i could its that bad.
I know it looks absolutely beautiful but it is 120% not worth it. Management is an utter mess and its disgusting the way they treat their prospective tenants. I would like to note that I havent even lived here I have only applied for an apartment and was not treated well.
They have a no charge back clause in their rental application for a reason.

I could not wait until my lease was up. Do not move here. The property manager; Paula is extremely disrespectful and if you have an issue she is quick to gaslight you. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and had water damage. That was the first red flag. Then because it is an old building, the water heater in the walls is beyond loud. I have been woken up at 2am to banging in the walls numerous times. It was unbearable. Don’t be fooled by the discounted move in prices, this is no place to live. There are always car break in’s and when I asked Paula about camera’s in the parking lot she said to my face “camera’s don’t stop crime”. I will never forget it. The cameras are for your tenants to feel a sense of safety. That showed me she did not care about the tenants. Karma is real lady.

When I moved into Greene Manor I was told that my apartment would be ready on my move in date. While I was moving in maintenance was still working in my apartment. There were roaches, & dead roaches lingering. This place is horrible, not to mention the property manager Paula is very ignorant & very unprofessional. She talks to her tenants and employees very horribly. I regret moving here and she's giving me such a hard time breaking my lease, so I'm stuck in this filthy invoronmet with leaks all over the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF GREENE MANOR APARTMENTS FOR ANY CONSIDERATION. Disgusting place

Very poor Custer we service, maintenance never comes when you request them. Today 2/21/23 we have no running hot water and given no time when issue will be resolved. I am a nurse who works in a building with COVID I must shower after my shifts. For the amount of money we pay to live here it’s ridiculous. Philly has much more to offer DO NOT MOVE HERE.
