Greenlin Pet Resort, Middletown PA

We boarded our pet Kasey, at the Hershey location. This was our first time boarding and the staff at the resort were nothing but phenomenal, right from making the reservation to Kaseys pick up (after 2 nights of boarding). They even gave Kasey a complementary bath. Location is clean and staff onsite genuinely care for the pets there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They sent pics every day. Dogs were actually happy. I think they had time of their lives. We were expecting to b home sik. The pictures portrayed happy happy happy dogs!

We board our dog here frequently. Staff are always super excited to see our four-legged friend! Our dog seems to enjoy his time there as he runs off with the staff as soon as we walk in the door! We have never had a complaint about Greenlin!

Awesome people. They take good care of our dog while we vacation. We use doggie day care once a week. He loves it!

Very helpful staff and great for a day pass to let your dog run in the fields. We were on vacation and to find a place with a big yard to let our dog run was so nice! If we lived here we would trust our dog with them for sure.

Although things didnt go as planned from the phone reservation made ahead of time for the Hershey location, the staff did however attempt to help us solve the issue, and luckily we were able to get it resolved and then even switch to the Middletown location, because it was closer to where we had to go. Overall, it was my first time experiencing boarding a pet or going to a facility like that, and it seemed very nice. I cant believe the pools for the dogs. So great! The staff at Middletown were super friendly and helpful, and everyone ended up loving our pup Groucho, called him the bell of the ball. I also had never used Flickr before this, so it was a cool idea to be able to check in on our pet while away, it's not like babysitting where u can call and see. So that's a great additive. We appreciate all their help and willingness to work it out. Overall great experience and would come back again sometime. Thanks so much!

Great place to watch your pets. Staff clearly cares about the animals. Able to see your pets while you're away!

My German shepherd mix, who is a resue was well taken care of while here! I had access to FB pics as well as pics text directly to me! I was worried because Daryl is a super anxious dog however there was no need to worry! He really enjoyed his stay! He was exhausted and curled up like a baby when we got home (pic shown below)! We are scheduled to go back! I highly recommend this facility!

I think the staff was extremely friendly and my dog took to them quickly. This was the first time my dog spent time being boarded and they said he was good. I liked that the upload pictures of your pet on their website daily.

First daycare that the dogs seem to enjoy going to. Love all of the activities and personal attention.

The staff at Greenlin did a wonderful job taking care of my two Boston Terriers. The staff was kind and friendly and were attentive to my concerns and safety for Annie and Cody. The facilities were clean and safe. I will be bringing them back again on my next vacation.

Disgusting. Greelin east is located in a run down barn. The facilities are not kept up, and the pens for the dogs to stay are tiny metal fenced crates. The perimeter of the outside did not look secure. Also, the amount of pit bulls boarding was disturbing for my little 15 pounder to be around.

Our dog is like a little kid going to Greenlin. He loves it beyond measure. Everyone is so nice and really seams to enjoy caring for the dogs. He has spent a week there while we were away and goes regularly for daycare. So glad we found them.

A great place to take your dogs for day care. Awesome staff & extremely courteous & very friendly too. Our dog, Jax had a Blast! He is passed out in the back seat of our SUV from all the fun he had. Highly recommend them.

Not happy at all. Our dog cut open her pad on the bottom of her foot, while in her run or sleeping area, which ended up costing $900 to have surgery to stop the bleeding. If this had happened at night she could have bled to death.

Wonderful place. Your dog is well taken care of and enjoys his or her stay. Lots of love is given to your pet.
