I ordered an appointment book on April 30th. I received a confirmation order but no forecast as to when my product would be shipped or arrived. I paid $8 (7.99) for shipping, and I was hoping to get the item promptly. Finally after waiting two weeks I called to find out the order status. Initially I was told the item had shipped. Then she corrected herself and told me it would be shipped out today. I had to wonder if I hadn't called when the item would have arrived. It is also nice to know when to expect the package as we are not all sitting at home ready to take in the mail. I recommend you stick to amazon.
