David and his team are always friendly and helpful. They are willing to do all that they can to meet their customers needs.

My son goes to Thiel college and Mom and Dad live in Central NY, which is 5 hours away. He woke up to a flat tire due to a nail. We called around and David was welcoming and made us feel he would take care of our son. This business was able to repair the tire that day and put us at ease. Thank you so Much and we will definitely be telling other students and parents to go to your establishment.

Was from out of town had a tire losing air a they wouldn't check my tire for me. Said they were to busy to check it. The young blonde lady said I would have to come back the next day or next week. Went to another tire company and the tire had a nail in the sidewalk so tire had to be replaced. So I ended up getting 4 new tires from someone else. So much for customer service. There loss of a $1200.00 sale.

Took care of my tire (s) very quickly and professionally. Definitely go back and recommend.

David at Greenville tire is a honest good mechanic I took my Lexus to 3 other mechanics spend thousands to fix what they thought was the problem but it wasn’t took my car to Greenville tire they diagnosed it got the issue resolved and car is running great if you have vehicle issues save the time and just go to Greenville tire thank you guys for all your help look forward to doing buisness in the future with you

Don't let your little sister run the counter when she doesn't know anything about tires. It should not take 2 days to change a couple of tires that aren't even on a vehicle. And when you match a tire you have to also match the rim, which includes the bolt pattern, before you send somebody home to put a tire on that does not fit their vehicle. They were definitely very friendly and they tried to be helpful but they were clearly incompetent.

Update:

After reading this review, the manager-the blonde in her 30s, not the girl I erroneously quipped was her sister-called to harass and talk over me, insisting they couldn't know to match my trailer's bolt pattern.

I left a rim for comparison, that's how.

But she didn't ask her employee about it, just saw a negative review and rang me up to argue and waste more of my time than she already had.
So I have changed this to a one star review. But based on the attitude from the woman in charge and the utter absurdity of calling up a reviewer to bash them for their opinion, I would give Greenville Tire AND Rubber negative stars if it were possible.

Just got tires put on one of my trucks here for the first time! I would recommend them to anyone, and they definitely will be seeing our other trucks!

I heard nothing but great reviews about Greenville Tire and got referred to them by a friend. It was my first time going so I was a little nervous, but from the office to the mechanic everyone was super nice! They were professional, direct, and overall efficient! I recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get some work done! Thanks again guys!

My husband’s truck had shook since we had new tires put on it and we were having it inspected and asked and the tires needed balanced and they wouldn’t stand by there work and rebalance the tires. We will not be returning this isn’t the first issue we’ve had with work from this shop.
