It turned out to be a less serious problem and they were very honest and telling me there was no problem with the pump. Upon opening our pool this spring we discovered a large tear in our liner. We contacted the place that installed it and got no response. Three days after contacting greenwood pools they came out, measured for the liner and had it ordered. In less than 4 weeks we were back up and swimming. They were fast and efficient and we love our new liner.

Did an amazing job getting my pool up and running. Now all I do is take in a water sample and they tell me exactly what my pool needs and how I need to put it in. Very knowledgeable which makes it easy on me.
