Dr. Gallant is exceptional! He is very sincere, genuine, caring, personable, listens and is a true professional and expert in his field! Calls to his office pre and post op were returned promptly and my questions were answered. The staff at the New Britain Surgery Center was friendly and compassionate. I need to have more surgery (on my other hand) and will absolutely be returning to Dr. Gallant. He is the VERY BEST!

Dr. Gallant is a very caring and involved doctor. He is always present when he’s working with his patients and gets to know his patients on a personal level. Dr. Gallant performed both my hand and elbow surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Gallant to anyone considering seeing a doctor for hands and elbows.

The way I was treated on June 23 by Dr. Gallant was disheartening and unacceptable. I was dismissed after being told there was nothing he could do for my torn rotator cuff. I was not given any instructions or referrals for another consult, or prescription for physical therapy, My pain and discomfort were never addressed.

Dr. Gallant is an incredible surgeon and one of the kindest people I have met. I was very comfortable in his care. He explains things very well and never makes you feel rushed. He had me smiling before and after surgery, and has great bedside manner. He took a very difficult situation and made it better!

Dr Gallant has performed surgery on my husband and myself twice. He is truly a wonderful Surgeon. I wiuld not consider any other.

Thought getting surgery during a pandemic was going to be extremely difficult and stressful but Dr. Gallant and his staff were amazing! They took the necessary steps to ensure everyone’s safety. Recovered quickly from surgery was was back to work before I knew it. Highly recommend Rothman and Dr. Gallant!

Dr Gallant was fabulous. I like details and education about my medical issues. He was easy to communicate with, informative and great bed side manor. Staff was wonderful. From the front desk check in to the back staff. It was a good experience. Found out the phone service that makes appointments is not the staff in Chalfont location, so that phone call is not an indicator to the experience you will have.
