We shopped around for our lender and initially decided to go with Greta even though she could be hard to get a hold of at times. We didn’t plan on looking for other offers, but Greta said if we got a better offer to let her know and she would match the rate/do better. We did our due diligence and let the other lenders know that we’d be going with somebody else. Somebody came back with a better offer and we decided to go with them. We let Greta know and she called us disgusting multiple times, said we were playing games, then hung up the phone on us. I’m disappointed in how unprofessional she was and would not recommend going to her, unless you do not plan on shopping around (or as she called it: being disgusting).

If I could give Greta more than 5 stars I would. After a ton of no’s my husband and I gave up our home search. That was a year ago.
