Greyhound: Bus Station reviews
6Late or never shows and has the balls to not refund (your card company will do a chargeback and the best part is they get a small fine for it too). You guys are gonna get sued so bad one day.
The ride could have been more comfortable. The bus is usually delayed and I would appreciate it if I was informed beforehand.
Worst bus service ever. Spend the money and just fly somewhere instead of being left looking dumb.
Worst bus service. They will cancel bus for no reason halfway through the journey. Just like that the driver will announce, we will not be riding further and you can go ahead and rebook for a ticket for next day that is after 24 hours.
The greyhound bus line is a total loss. Traveling from huntsville tx to state college pa was supposed to take 32 hours took 60. Over the entire trip I failed to see 1 bus on time. Causing many people to be unable to make their transfer. I had to stay overnight in Dallas waiting on a bus and driver. Twice I witnessed 2 incidents near the front door guns were pulled. The security guards were smoking weed just outside the door. Layed overnight in dayton oh we were dropped off at 1130 pm. This bustation was closed until 8 am the following day. Only after another overnight layover in Pittsburgh was I able to change to Fullerton bus line their busses were much cleaner and ran precisely on schedule assuring you are able to make transfers
The cleanest bus station I've been in. Clean bathrooms, small but clean
