4Too many unnecessary stops and always late. No regard for the client’s time
Same place its been for years. Bridge to the platform kinda cool to look out. Nothings changed, except the food is now just a vending machine. There's a cafe down the street and a diner within walking distance. Enjoy the nothing but shopping that is Altoona town. Cool railroad history tho.
Need to open this place on the weekend came from out of state had to wait on a cab felt like a home alone movie
Waited for 3½hrs past the ticket time for pickup and the "last" bus that came in proclaimed they were heading the opposite direction of my intended ticket drop off. The driver also seemed clueless about any potential transfers. Company also refused refunds and only "offered" a reschedule to another day which is and was unacceptable. They offered a service and they did not provide the service.
