I bought a house and the homeowner had given me an invoice saying this company services their boiler in 2018. I called Grimley and the lady confirmed but she asked for what it said they did and when before confirming and also giggled at the homeowners name. I had another company service it and watched as he shoveled piles of debris out of the furnace. The thing hadn't been touched in 10 years. So either the company employee lied about them doing the service or their employee is ripping people off. I'm leaning toward the lying.not cool.
