Very satisfied with this company my Insurance rate with my 2 vehicles, the people working at the office sue and stacy are very professional even though ones a Steelers Fan, lol I'd recommend Erie Insurance to anyone even my worst enemy

Started with Gronski Lehman Insurance when it was just Larry Lehman in a small office by the cemetery and after the move and merger I’ve always been pleased. Whether it’s vehicles or real estate Erie, The Gronski Family, and even the professional office personnel have you fully covered. Recently water line coverage has become an issue living in the city and after reading in the ErieSense Magazine that it can now be added to an Erie policy my interest was sparked and I stopped in for details. Now while what I was paying HomeServe for just waterline and gasline coverage is a little cheaper… the coverage from Erie is FAR superior and allowed us to add backup coverage as well for the same price. Yes at times the office has a rushed feeling but remember that it’s a busy place and everyone wants things done today. Be kind.

Called this company for Evidence of Insurance for a client. Person who answered the call was very unprofessional & unpleasant. He didn't follow protocol for providing the information on his client's behalf. Never had an experience like this before. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They have always been helpful to answer all my questions or needs. And they get back to you very quickly. I had a home issue and the person that needed to check out the damage he was there the next day. Great service!

I have dealt with Gronski Lehman off and on for at least a decade, I think. Every time, they have been on point. Fast, friendly and super efficient. I just added a second car on, it took me less than five minutes. The initial process of getting my first car insured was also painless. A few minutes on the phone, a few emails-done. If only everything in life was this convenient!

The average customer doesn't keep up on all the latest perks on insurance and my husband and I depend on our Insurance Agency to help us with that and we are very satisfied with this office. I was in the market for new home and auto insurance. I called Sue Eichenlaub at Gronski Leyman Insurance Agency who provided me with a quote very quickly and confirmed I had the right amount of coverage. I changed my insurance to Erie Insurance effective 1/31/2020. Thanks Sue, you're the best!

I have had two vehicles and an atv insured through them for quite some time now any time I call and have a question or to add something it’s never an issue very courteous, knowledgeable and amazing staff does an amazing job and will go out of their way to help you with anything!
