I purchased furniture for both a home on Long Beach Island, NJ and a home in Bonita Springs, FL from Grossman Furniture. My first experience in NJ was so exceptional that I decided I would definitely use them in Florida as well!
Lynnel has so much patience! She worked with me on design, colors and styles until we achieved exactly what I was looking for in my homes. Her knowledge, experience and creativity are a valuable asset to her customers, and her follow up is timely and efficient. Even now, I can count on Lynnel when I have a warranty question or need information on my purchases.

The entire staff, owners included, and especially Lynnel, were patient, professional and wonderfully responsive as I took my time decided on the perfect couch and chair combination for my condominium. I would also be remiss without mentioning how exceptional Grossman's delivery service, and people, were for keeping me up to date on delivery times, giving a perfectly short window (only 2 hours so I did not have to stay home all day) for the delivery, delivering on time, setting up quickly and removing my old couch and all excess materials in less than 20 minutes.

We purchased a new construction and decided we needed new furniture to go wi try it. A friend recommended Grossman’s and we loved the experience. Lynnel Eisberg was wonderful in helping us create our vision from a blank slate. She listened carefully to our likes and dislikes and was extremely responsive every step of the way. He was so helpful and patient, and the delivery was very quick by today’s standards! Because Grossman Furniture has been in business nearly 100 years, they have an excellent system in place with many partners that allows them to ship in a cost effective way all over the U. S! You may find that it’s cheaper to order from them than retailers that are just outside your city. We highly recommend Grossman!

Our sectional sofa looks great. The workmanship is excellent and the delivery, carried up 2 flights of stairs into a small entry way went smoothly. The whole process from the showroom to the final product was easy.

The quality of the furniture is excellent. In addition, I needed help with the layout of my room. Grossman's was able to help me with this. When the air mattress in my sofa bed, purchased 12 years ago from a now out of business furniture store, failed to retain pumped-in air, I called the customer service phone number of Rowe, the manufacturer, only to be told, well, actually, they do not DO customer service. Never mind, Ernesto at Grossman to the rescue. One week later I had my replacement part, and the air mattress work fine. Now THAT's Customer service.

Lynnel from Grossman Furniture helped us furnish our new home. She created layouts of the furniture (to scale) using our room dimensions. Lynnel coordinated and considered all the fabrics, furniture legs, and case goods in the room, to ensure that everything would look well together. If Lynnel showed me something I did not care for, she happily came up with an alternative. I appreciate the time, consideration, and expertise Lynnel gave me as a store customer.

I’ve shopped at Grossman’s in Philadelphia for years for all my furniture needs. They were always my go-to place to buy furniture, even if I found it elsewhere. They always offered the better price and free delivery which is an absolute plus. Especially now, given we live at the shore - a 90+ mile distance.
We recently purchased and received a brand new master bedroom set along with a tempra-pedic mattress and base from Grossman’s, and we absolutely love it.

He made fantastic recommendations that aligned with our style. He steered me in the right direction for our price point while maintaining a good quality set, AND we actually selected our entire set on the web.
