Have had 2 deer processed there, and they do a fantastic job. Friendly and listened to me and what I wanted (not the case in all places). Everything is vacuum packed except the ground, which comes in 2lb packages (I think can get it in smaller packs). Like most, they do chip steak after the season or give you roasts to do yourself. The ring bologna is well worth it - fantastic. If I wasn't moving on, I'd be a customer for life. This is a great, family run, high-quality place for deer processing. I definitely recommend.
