Florist Grumbine's Flowers reviews
6We sent flowers to my Aunt for my Uncle who passed away and what she received was Not what we were shown in the picture from Avas. From a very dissatisfied customer.
Delivered to the wrong address
While arguing with me about it being delivered! My wife is having a hard time due to when she spoke crisis and I wanted to make her feel better, I ordered early I paid extra for delivery faster and I got nothing but a bad evening trying to locate my flowers and make this ignorant female understand IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE! SHE CALLED ME A CREEP WHEN I TOLD HER TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
The customer service lady on the phone sounded like she was in a bar, she was belligerent
Your store is terrible, no consideration for people.sometimes flowers are given to bring warm thoughts and hopeful feelings. This is not the place to expect consideration or empathy while spending your money. I would not recommend buying anything
I was sent flowers due to a death! Not sure how much they were, but they were a beautiful arrangement. Unfortunately, some of the flowers were dead and afraid to touch them because they would fall because they are dry.
I ordered this bouquet for an anniversary. While they were able to get many gladiolas, when others couldn't, they never opened. I picked them up on sep 2nd for an anniversary on sep 3rd. When I picked them up, I wasn't too concerned as I thought they would open the next week. However, this photo was taken sep 9th & the majority of the blooms never opened, just remained dark red/green where the bloom should have opened. Then they all turned dark maroon, having died.
The recipient contacted grumbines numerous times, and I even returned to the shop with them. I was told they weren't shipped properly from CA, temperature-wise. I am unsure how this could be the case: I called & placed the order via phone on Monday August 29 & Tuesday the 30th before noon, she told me she already received the flowers.
With what was spent on these, I am quite disappointed in both the quality of flower & lack of customer service. I rarely leave reviews, but this is warranted.
