I used them in 2018 and went back with a refinance in September 2021 when I could have just used the company that Ally contracted with. Definitely a different company. I will not go back with other refinance. First the final price was different than what was quoted on the phone. Second, I'm waiting for my money and they did not send the form for me to get that money with the notary. Now I have to call and track them down for my cash out. I don't have the time to do this during my work day and don't think I should have to. I don't want a check delivered to my house. I'm sure when I do contact them I'll get the same gruff treatment. They don't need any more business is the impression that I'm getting. They have more business than they seem to want.

Jen and Katie went above and beyond to process our re-financing and lot line adjustment. This was an extensive process that they continued to be a source of advice and guidance throughout the almost 6 month process.
They resolved many issues we encountered with the buyer of our land, the county, the local township, the lawyers and the re-financing company. We would not have survived the whole process without their guidance and expertise!
