I have been trying to get information on a property near me. No one will answer, I have called at least 10 times and the 215 number 5.only posting a review to possibly get some answers.please reach back out.

000000000 stars! This company randomly put an “abandoned” notice on a property we are selling. The property clearly has a realtor sign in the front. Who goes around to random properties and puts signs up. Trespassers like Guardian Asset Management!

These people are Nasty! They took over a house on my block. Did more damage than clean up.they even took down the signs that the city had posted on the house windows.they even took pictures of other neighbors yards WITHOUT PERMISSION!

Sorry to say very poor. I have left messages for them to call me back and nothing. I sold a house that they were the management company for HUD. On Sept 28,2022 I sent them the cashiers check for $150 to have permission to get the utilities turned on. The utilities were turned back off on Sept 29,2022. They were supposed to return the $150 because they did not winterized the property. I am not sure why there was even a charge, the house was never winterized to start with. I just left them another message. I am disappointed with the government for doing business with them.

Failed to pay vendor contracted amount. Failed to respond. Retaliation. Cases pending with HUD.

This company is THE WORST! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! It goes to a machine where no one calls you back or a call center in India where no one ever gets your messages. This company is a joke and a fraud.

I gave this company $150 deposit 6 months or so ago and they never re-winterized the home because I bought it. I still haven't gotten my money back and you can't reach them on the phone. My realtor has called them numerous times to no avail. They are the worst company.

This company is such a rip-off. They came by my house on 9-9-22 and left a note on both doors stating that they had done a inspection and my house looked to be vacant/abandoned. My 14 year old daughter asked me how do they figure that when the grass was freshly cut the day before. To a lot of people it may seem abandoned because I work crazy hours. I leave for work anytime between 5 a.m. And 6: 45 a.m. And don’t get home until anytime between 6 p.m. And 9 p.m. And I live alone since my dad passed away in January. On 10-13-22 my neighbor calls me at around 4 p.m. And says that I need to get home asap because someone was taking pictures of my house and charging the locks on the doors. Luckily she was able to get him to talk to me on the phone and thank the lord he didn’t turn off my power because I have 2 full deep freezers in my house. I have called several times and even called my finance company several times and neither place can answer any of my questions and guardian asset management hasn’t even returned my calls especially after I demanded that I talk to a supervisor or manager. They damaged my door, door trim and door locks that were on my door. They did give me the lockbox code to get in my house but the key didn’t even fit the doorknob, only the deadbolt. They went through my house looking through things also just luckily nothing was missing. I guess I will have to contact my lawyer and end up suing them before I ever get any answers.
