Needed a space in a hurry. Stephanie in the Macungie location came to our rescue providing a storage unit for me when I was literally out of the country. She sent the Docusign to me and executed the paperwork. When I arrived my space was ready to go. I am super pleased with the facility and her service. Kudos to Stephanie!

This is the cleanest facility I’ve seen in the valley. I love their key system as well. I definitely feel my items are secure. The staff is amazing as well. I’m happy I chose this location for storing my personal items.

Stephanie was wonderful, she stayed past closing just to get us squared away with our unit. Even showing us different sizes. I definitely recommend storing with them.

I was super impressed by this facility and their staff. I've purchased several units from auctions at different facilities and as far as cleanliness and amenities, this one definitely takes first place. They allow you to rent their truck on your move in day for a very low rate and even provide filtered water fountains to fill your reusable bottles. I spoke to one person on the phone and 2 days later saw someone different and everything promised was not only honored but was improved which was not necessary but of course appreciated. Would recommend them over any other.
