Cindy and her entire team at the Old Haymaker Road location are the absolute best. I presented many challenges. They were able to meet each one with kindness, patience, and resolve. Storage spaces are spotless. A little expensive, but seem very secure, and have the nicest office people I have meant anywhere in the U. S. Have rented storage all over U. S, and this is by far the best!

Everyone there is so incredibly helpful. I had only expressed interest in the 50% off and the next morning I had a call asking if I had any questions. When I made it into the office to discuss what size I would need, Cindy was helpful and gave me the best deal for the space I needed!

This is the first time me and my family ever got a storage unit so we didn't know much at all but the manager Cindy was so awesome and very professional she explained everything to us making us feel very comfortable with our situation she answered every question we asked with no problem at all, Cindy was also training a new guy and he was very knowledgeable on every question we had to ask him and also very professional you would of thought he was working here for years to be honest and it was his first day on the job wished I could remember his name to put it on this review but he'll know we're talking about him.
