I was a new patient and had two sessions only before the therapist left the practice. I asked for a reasonable request for the money I paid for those sessions to be credited and used for future sessions with another therapist. The owner is blunt, rude, and did not even seem interested in trying to assist me. They refused to refund me or give a credit for future sessions.

Chelsea is much better than my previous therapist, who was a very rude man. In my sessions with her I feel listened to and respected, and never feel as though I am being judged. I am very satisfied with my care here and could not be happier:)
