Excellent food, excellent portions, excellent customer service. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent quality and quantity! Their antipasta salads are one of our favorites.

The only pizza place opened on Christmas Day! It was busy and yet our food came out hot and fresh!

Great prices, friendly workers, delicious food. The sauce was the best I've ever had.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. Worse than Domino's. Made me nauseous and my friend threw up. I'd recommend just avoiding this place.

Called to ask why they put ketchup in my order, he said because we don't have sour cream. Ok? Sooooooo you don't have butter either?
What kind of reputable business would not advise you of that at pick up so that you as the customer can decide if you would still want the order.
Nope just tried some sneaky stuff and tossed some ketchup in there.

I was surprised I have yet to write a review for this place because we use to LOVE it here. Are there new owners? Years and years of a good thing until today. No meat on our Italian subs. Extra charge for using my card. I had cash on me and I was told there was a sign on the door I go out the door to look for the sign. Was told I passed it. It is posted on the inside of the door. Didn't even look like a sign to explain the extra charge. Lots of writing on it. How am I supposed to see that walking in. We didn't get the side of sauce we asked for the cheesestake. I was just so heartbroken. So long guys. I guess the run was good while it lasted. The hour and 15 min drive plus traffic will never be worth this type of service again. Let's hope the chicken parm hasn't changed.

Actually the first place in Pennsylvania I tried and the works there charmed me to loving this place to go again next time I'm near Poconos

Think this place was probably better at 1 point.visited the area from NY and was looking places outside the hotel to eat and read the reviews on this place, some were good and some were bad but decided to stop there anyway.
The guy at the counter was kool and the slices were huge but the place itself could do with a little upgrade and a little cleaning up to be more presentable. Had a cheese slice and it was ok.

Just don’t even bother. I’d rather eat a Lunchables pizza than whatever the heck they serve here. The pizza is practically cardboard with cheese and the garlic “knots” are basically manna that tastes like it was made in Jesus’ time. We tried to use the pizza as firewood and it wasn’t even useful for that.

Before COVID this was the best pizza shop to go to but the time I was all was changed the tables were dirty, no napkins on the tables and they no longer bring your food out the slices are still big but the flavor is gone no need for me to go back

My family has been buying pizza here for over 6 years faithfully. Recently moved to NJ came drove over an hour to the pocono for what was once the best pizza and subs in the area. It is no longer the best. Very rude new guy at the counter. Doesn't tell my sister about the extra charge for using the card inside of cash. He says the sign is posted saying you will get an extra charge on your card if you use it. My sister says oh where.thinking it was her mistake.the guy points to the door and says right there. Literally posted on the door when you're leaving.not coming in. Not by the register. When you turn around to leave bam right there. Make no sense. My sister would have paid with cash. Then he misses the cold subs with the hot subs. Then the worst part.finally bite into our subs to find out it's all bread. No meat. Covered in onions for absolutely no reason and little to know mayo lettuce or tomatoes. What happened guys? We haven't spent so much money here and this is how everything turns out? Your counter guy rude plus the food is now trash? Come on. You're better then that. People don't waste you're time here. You'll get nothing good from it.

This place is very hard to rate because the food is very very good and the pizza is excellent, and my whole family loves going here. The reason I'm give 3 stars is because of the people behind the counters and the lack of communication between what's actually on the menu and what they are sold out of. I asked for a mozzarella and tomato salad and it was advertised as having Fresh basil and katamala olives unfortunately it had lettuce and almost dried up black olives.

Poor guy, he basically did everything himself. Nobody wants to work I guess. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli was delicious. Garlic bread with cheese was good. Overall I recommend this place for some good authentic Italian food.

My boyfriend and I were super hungry and decided on Italian for dinner. He went and picked it up…. It came up to 40 bucks for two chicken parm pasta dinners with garlic bread.
We got burnt bread. I didn’t see a lick of garlic so I’m not going to call it garlic bread, the chicken parm pasta was cold and extremely underwhelming, and the salad (who knew it was possible) was literally a container of 99% lettuce with ONE slice of tomato/cucumber/carrot! Literally ONE lol I’ve never tasted/ seen something such a terrible excuse for an attempt at selling an Italian dish! It was HORRIBLE! Now I’m going to make dinner since I can’t stomach another bite of…”dinner”

I came there a last resort and, I order my large pizza and the young ladies at front counter need assistance with register. So the man that makes the Pizza assistant her with the transaction he touch my credit card and everything and he went back making the pizza didn't even attempted to wash his hand it, Covid-19 out here he just wanted to refund my money if he simply wash his had that all I wanted him to do. ️I wouldn't eat at this place ever again ️

Nice place, clean, friendly & good pizza! We had margherita based on a photo review here, & it was awesome! Nice crunch on the crust, thick, not floppy, fresh & delicious.

BIG SLICES! I stopped here with a friend for lunch while camping. Their slices are huge! Like 1/3 of a large pizza. And only like 3.50 a slice. It was good pizza too. Go here for lunch on your way up 209.

They don’t honor their own specials. Called to ask if they had the lunch special pizza and they said they don’t have that today meanwhile their own brochure…

8: 00 in the evening no pizza ready one worker who looks like it's about to die behind the counter this used to be a really good spot now not so much

Food is decent, but getting the delivery option is always a VERY difficult experience. We live less than 3 miles from them and every time we say the road/general directions, it's always "we don't know where that is" or "we don't deliver there" when they have delivered to us before, multiple times in three years.its ridiculous that it's the same excuse every time we call and "how they've never been here. "
I was told on the phone that it must have been somewhere else that delivered and not them. I know for a fact it was them, because we don't have another pizza place that delivers to us besides Domino's. Was also told they don't have an Italian hot dog when their own menu, printed AND the website says Italian hot dog (under the burgers and hot dog area of the menu) but was again told it must have been another menu. Will no longer be getting food from them. Should invest in a GPS/phone with GPS or hire a driver that actually knows the area.
