I wish there was an option to give this place negative five stars. I went in this morning and wasn't greeted at all. In fact I thought the guy behind the counter was talking to me, but he informed me that he was talking to his coworker. I was there because I am interested in purchasing electronic drums. I was playing on a set for about twenty minutes. Nobody came to help me. I had a lot of questions about this set. I tried to play on other sets but they all had something broken on them. I gave up on the drums and went to the guitar section. I was playing a hollow body Ibanez that I liked, but again nobody bothered with me. The other guy behind the counter was extremely busy playing on his phone. I passed by four different employees and none of them even acknowledged that I was in the store. This place is a disgrace not only for the lack of customer service but it's also filthy inside.

I really enjoyed doing business with this particular Guitar Center location. The staff was very helpful and polite they even pass out my business cards to share with others. They deserve a five star review in my book. I’m looking forward to continue to do business with this particular Guitar Center location thanks.

From the second I walked into the store and was greeted by the most friendly staff to buying my first mandolin and the supplies that went along with it I was impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, warmth and friendliness of everyone I encountered. The vibe was so positive and although none of the individuals played mandolin, they went out of their way to help me in so many ways even down to tuning the instrument. Everyone seemed to work together well and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I’d highly recommend this store and plan to return here for any other related purchases. A special shout out to Steve who was the first person to help me. He put me at ease and although he is a guitar instructor he was able to play enough to give me an idea of how the instrument sounded and made my experience a lot of fun.

Rude, uneducated, arrogant, sales people who don’t acknowledge, you’re even stand. I recently bought two $4000 guitars through Sweetwater because they are so helpful and follow up with their sales so I’m looking to buy another expensive guitar, a Kirk Hemmett greeny so when I went in and asked the salesman if they offer to “Plek” the guitar one salesman has no idea what I was talking about and the other one day being an arrogant look so I asked him what the look was about and he just gave me attitude as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I also want to get three other guitars pleked because my two new guitars are awesome because of it but they had no idea what I was talking about and acted like it was some kind of new thing it’s not all just stick with Sweetwater. They will except my money and be grateful for it and follow up.

This guitar center location makes what should be a 5 minute trip, a 45 minute wait. Manager is the biggest tool bag and has “lead singer syndrome”

I came in looking for a new acoustic guitar and a few accessories. Bill provided great help and I ended up purchasing a Taylor that I'm absolutely in love with. Thanks for the great experience.

Always sceptical about chain stores. But after taking my son to buy his first guitar I was really impressed. Very clean and friendly. Without badgering and getting pushy. They give you plenty of room. And very helpful when you need them.

Horrible place for lessons Steve does not know customer service if it bit him he hung up on me 3 times after me asking for a manager the teacher calls out a lot. Old people in lessons were great and the guys in the store are extremely helpful and friendly

Horrible customer service as far as music lessons go left emails for 2 of there instructors inquiring about electronic guitar lessons for my son and never got a response. Both emails to instructors, Bob and Rafael have not been answered. Also reached out to corporate and haven’t received an email or call back. Sad this is how u treat a customer who just spent well over 600$. I guess my money will be best spent s

I was there recently to buy a Gibson Les Paul and Fender amp. The salesman unlocked the les Paul, , standard 60’s model, I also wanted to try a 50’s model with the fatter neck and a custom model.but they were locked up near the ceiling. The salesman left me for another customer, never returned after waiting an hour I just put the guitar down and left. I went home and went to the Gibson web site and bought a Gibson les Paul custom, directly from Gibson Nashville TN, and had it in three days, 30 day return for any reason. I also went on the Fender website and bought a tonemaster twin reverb, shipped from California. I purchased the Les Paul and Fender amp directly from the manufacturer, $ 7,000, not this lousy retail store with poor customer service and no knowledge of either product.
