We came from Baltimore to get our almost 4yr old his first bike. Jay and Alex (hope I got that right) were so wonderful. They built the bike out of the box on the spot, encouraged our son to help, made him feel comfortable, made lots of knowledgeable suggestions, etc. We will return any time we need some bike help or need to upgrade! My wife and I wanted to upgrade/ replace our 25+ year old bikes. Jeff and the team had a full selection of bikes in various sizes so we could test them all and make an informed decision. The team at the store is great and super knowledgeable. They all ride and because of their ages and riding styles you can find an SME for any type of bike you are looking for. I would recommend going to Gung Ho Bikes if you are in the market for a new bike or any equipment needed to maintain or upgrade your current ride.

Took my eBike in thinking I’d drop it off and have to come back in a couple hours or even a day. Nope. The guy just fixed it right there on the spot! Great service, fair pricing, great quality!

I went into the bike shop with a broken spoke and needed it fixed for a trip the next day. Even though it was going to take 3-4 days to fix the bike, they were able to accomadate my situation and fix it within 30 minutes. They also helped me with a missing cleat bolt. Great service!

A man named Jay helped me. He was very patient and had me test ride a few bikes. He made many adjustments and really took time to get me comfortable. Nice place if you haven’t ridden in a while and need help with where to start.

Bought my 1st adult bike. Specialized Rock climber! Love it. Jay was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. 2 bikes in, and I can't wait to get 2 more. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a rooftop bike rack about a month ago. Service was fantastic. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable on all things biking. They helped me figure out which of the two Yakima Roof Racks I actually needed and didn't try to upsell me when it turned out to be the cheaper of the two.

Will definitely be returning when I purchase a new bike, and for all my needs moving forward. Very clean and organized store, LOTS of items in stock, and carries well known and reputable brands at reasonable prices.

I've had my bike here a few times for a flat tire and a shifter adjustment. Both times, they had the bike ready in minutes for a lot less than I was expecting. They've been around forever, and know their stuff. I'll happily use them again.

Stopped in for the first time today to "look". Ended up purchasing a bike that was exactly what I was looking for. They didn't oversell me on anything and got me exactly what I wanted. I bought a few accessories and they instantly installed everything on the bike. Super professional, everyone was very nice. When it's time to upgrade I will be back for sure.
