They care about you. You can't expect to be treated like royalty everywhere. I have been going there to see my primary for over 11 years now.

I have been a patient with Guthrie since this group came to Wellsboro. I can say my experience has very good. I also used the walk in clinic a ago and it was excellent.

The drs Are caring as well as the nurses. They also seem to know their stuff. I just don’t know why I’d be seen by a doctor on a Friday and told to call in if my symptoms get worse Saturday when everyone that works in the building knows they turn their phones off on the weekend. Almost 4 hours of my time wasted between running back and forth, basically begging the doctor to give me meds and being denied, waiting on hold for an hour and a half with a call center person whose never used a telephone before, and then waiting for ANOTHER appt time on Saturday after I drove all the way back to get seen again by the same doctor. If there was another option for walk-in visits, I would take it in a heartbeat. My PCP on the other hand is a lovely woman and an excellent clinician.

EDIT:
Just waited an additional 1.5 hours in Walmart for them to call it in. The pharmacy tech at Walmart said this is typical from this office.

I would definitely give a negative rating if possible. We tried getting an appt with our normal primary care at the laurel health for myself and 2 of my kids (1 of which is about 5 months old) but they had no openings at all and advised us to come here for walk ins…. Huge mistake! I drove 45 mins here to walk ins and checked in only to wait over an hour and a half then get called back up to the reception desk and say that dr just informed them that because we were seen 3 weeks ago with a couple of the same symptoms but no high fevers like now on top of the other added symptoms he would NOT see us and that he automatically knows it’s the same upper respiratory virus as last time. How can we be refused to be seen? ! Then how is it possible for him to say that it’s the same when we weren’t even checked out to make sure that we were all ok? ! I’m extremely furious! I will never take my kids there ever again!

My wife had an 8: 00 appointment, the first of the day. She had to wait twenty minuets for a COVID shot. There is no excuse for not being ready. The staff is unfriendly and pushy.

Doc appointment was fair mist wait for problem to remove the improper wait times and have medical people be available for their patientdn in Miami when I was here back in January I think and I haven't been on that antibiotics since this is an injection this is just preventable cuz we're doing a procedure and we want to prevent an infection okay

10 mins late for appt. Helen at the check in desk was very rude and made sure she made us feel bad for being late. Made a very big deal out of it.
