This office is pretty good. I had no issues so far. Everyone is kind ans polite and treated me with respect. They even caught something my previous dr missed right away. Dr Lee made me feel comfortable when I went in for the procedure.:)

Dr. Lee does not meet the standard of care for issues beyond your standard pap smear. When I was 26 years old, she failed to diagnose me with diminished ovarian reserve even though I presented with text book symptoms (abnormal blood work and a shortening mensural cycle). When she received my abnormal blood work, she actually declared “everything looks totally fine for when you are ready to have children. ” Three years later when my husband and I began to try for a baby without success, I had new blood work ordered, at which point her physician’s assistant, Linda Romano informed me that my values were severely abnormal. I was shocked when I looked back at my original blood work to find that both Dr. Lee and Linda had totally missed the warning signs of early ovarian failure. Time is of the essence with this condition and Dr. Lee let me walk around for years with no fertility consulting or treatment. She should be censured for malpractice.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by my PCP as she came highly recommended. I was very nervous about my procedure and the outcome but she put my mind at ease and was reassuring. I am very satisfied and trust that I am in the best hands!

Dr, Lee was professional while still demonstrating that she cared. All office staff were friendly even while practicing good COVID protocols.

I would not recommend anyone go here. I had been going for years and things really seem to have declined over time. They can not seem to hold doctors or PA's in the office, every time I go I see someone new and the person I saw the time before that has left the practice. I have seen 5 different people over the past 5 years.

I went in for a pap and they waited over 90 days to call me back and tell me it was irregular, this was the first irregular test I had ever received so I was a bit shocked and worried. They said I would need to come in for a colposcopy, and that the results were worrisome, if I did not want the test I would need to come in and sign a paper I was going against the doctors recommendations. If it was irregular and something serious was wrong you think they would have reached out sooner.

Finally I just received a bill for parts of a visit that were not covered in 2017. It was not a bill I had received and not paid but they just sent it to me for the first time. This was 3 years ago now and I am no longer on that insurance as I have changed jobs. They never sent me a bill for the hundreds of dollars they are trying to charge me now and they are not responsive to why I am just receiving the bill now.

Save your time, frustration, and money, and see someone else.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Romano for years now. She’s thoughtful and knows all the reasons I need a specialist. She pays attention to my conditions and progress. I highly recommend to anyone with auto immune gynecological conditions.

Not great.
Some of the front desk staff is not friendly. I did a LEEP and I want a through check in 3 month to make sure all the mutated cells caused by HPV are removed and my HPV is starting to turn negative. But they only book me appointment in 6 month and it is way too long. I asked for a sooner appointment and they refuse to give me, such that I have to find a different clinic to do it. I have not have kid yet and if something goes wrong the mutated cell comes back and I have to do the LEEP again, I will not be able to give birth to a child ANYMORE. I don’t understand how they are not considering and addressing the well-being and concern of their patient. If the worst thing does happen to me. I am putting them on trial. Even in China I can see doctor whenever I think I need to. I think Americans deserve much better healthcare system.

I've seen Linda Romano for over three years now and she is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new GYN to see Linda.

I was extremely nervous coming to this appointment, but was warmly received once I got there. The nursing staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tang was so sweet and took the time to explain the procedure I had done and made sure I felt comfortable. I have a follow up appointment next week and I am not nervous at all and feel that my health is at the top of their list.

The front desk staff were so friendly. They were super helpful my entire visit. It's nice to go to a gynecologists office and feel welcomed and safe and not feel judged. They were professional the whole time, and I felt comfortable.

The office staff at this location (Italian Market) far exceeds my experience I've ever had at the Penn Presby location where they were often unprofessional, not very friendly, and seemed to have a lot of turnover.

This is the worst office, not only do they consistently put you on hold at the receptionist deck for over 10-15 min a time for a follow up call or to make an appointment, but the receptionist is rude! The doctors are a little bit more professional and quick but the office is so hard to reach! I am constantly on hold to follow up with them. It’s infuriating, hence all my exclamation points in this review because I just had to hang up with the office just to call back later because of a going on 11min hold! No other office does this and especially all times of the day! I will never go to this office again!

It takes me over 30 minutes on the phone just to talk to someone for appointment for my wife. Smh
