Very disappointed with the service. First picture is how he looked before I brought him here and the second picture is after we picked him up. I asked for a bath, nail trim and ear cleaning and did not want any of his fur cut because I wanted to grow it out. We just simply asked for a bath and somehow they cut the top of his head. His hair is growing unevenly now and we’re going to have the shave the rest of his hair to make it look even. I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve at least called me to tell me if it was okay to cut his hair but they did not communicate to me and did it regardless. Will not be coming back here.
