Everybody I encounter was very helpful. More patient than the folks at two different Hair Towns where everything is rush rush.

Yes this location is great to shop my family & friends come it but we don't call it hair buzz we call it Hair R us. You can find everything you need good thing u are location around Philly becuz this store is where u wanna go when u looking for the right product so allow me to introduce myself you really don't know type of people or what kind of people that come inside your location and I don't know if it was a good day or not but I'm a consumer I came in there nice I know a lot of my family members and friends go to this location but trust and believe I will let them know to be aware of your attitude you were very disrespectful now only to me but in front of my child all I asked was a simple question if you can even me exchange a hair product that was for 499 I have picked up the wrong color and I wanted to exchange it for a different color and I had the receipt and you was very rude and disrespectful

I bought hair and it was the wrong color. The hair was $64 and I needed to exchange it. Manager stated very rudely he doesn’t care. No refunds or exchanges. Never patronizing this store ever again.

This place is a beaty supermarket u ask me, love. Koreans jus always think ppl are constantly stealing, but everyone doesn't steal

They need more employers that a rehearsed in their substantial inventory and have knowledge of their many products thanks

Be careful they have charged customers twice for one transaction on several occasions and then tell you to wait until the charge comes off your card and come to find out both charges clear your account. Moral of the story, come with cash. They (Asian women behind counter) likes to swipe your card several times and then tell you that you have no money. 2/27/2021. They’ll also belittle you in their explanation because the store is located in a predominantly black neighborhood and they feel we aren’t educated enough to know when someone is ripping us off. Highly upset with their customer service.

I bought a wig today and was very unhappy with the length and quality for the money paid. I even stayed in the store and nothing was offered. I had to go see if I could even afford the wig only to try it after purchase and it didn’t fit good and looked terrible. The cost was $369. The one person there, Halley even knew the wig looked bad but no one offered anything. No money off or anything. I buy wigs all the time and this wig looked nothing like the display. The tags were the same but the wigs look different even down to the color. The Very dissatisfied and disappointed that I spent my money and credit on something to make me look better for the day but ended up feeling robbed and looking worse. The manager tried to style it and it still didn’t look like the display. Ev n with a discount, this wig fit terribly. The basic reply after being able to try it on was “oh well”

I waited for some type of offer. Even a lesser amount for a different wig. I’m just out of $369 but I will dispute and maybe even court because that’s how petty their reply is. I have time. You can’t sell ppl items with this price tag and just say oh well. They spoke in a different language when talking to each other so I couldn’t understand what was said. No worries I will be filing several complaints.

Didn't get a chance to explore but they are fully stocked and you check your temperature at the door and mask are required

Customer service is very good. However, the prices are extremely high. Hair Buzz and the Hair Towns at Cheltenham plaza and Cedarbrook Mall, (both on Cheltenham ave) are way over priced and the quality of hair is nowhere as good as it use to be. Cov19 is being used to rob the black community at these hair stores. The Asain hair market is taking advantage of black people's habits snd ignorance of pricing.

Its well stocked with all different products fall all types of hair. Excellent customer service whenever I ask for assistance I get the staff full attention WITHOUT attitude. It's my go to spot.

My boyfriend and I went to get some things for our trip. They did not place his item in the bag and the camera didn’t even prove she put it in the bag given to me.the owner guy was rude and staff appears to not want to work.

The young ladies over by the wig section were very helpful, they helped me decide on a wig. I camw in with my hair in a big fluffy clip and left in a quaffed wig.

Amazing place. Hugh selection of of all hair and makeup products. Friendly helpful staff. They offer a full service wig staion as well. The prices can not i repeat can not be beat. From synthetic to high end hair they hace it ALL. A+ from me

This is the BIGGEST Beauty Supply Store I have ever walked into. You will not be disappointed. Great prices, and some of the nicest people.

Always stocked. Great prices and discounts. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will order it for you. Parking on that side is very limited.
