They had a huge selection and prices were great. And the employees were so helpful and attentive. A new favorite over hair town

The customer service that I received was great. I had help picking out the right hair color that I was looking for along with all other products that I needed to make sure that my hair stays healthy.

I enjoyed walking through the aisles. Don't take your child with you. They will ask for everything.

Nobody asked if we needed help, the staff is uninterested. We managed to somewhat find what we needed, but it wasn't an ideal experience. I would not visit this store again, I only went because my cousin needed some things before my aunt's funeral, but never again. I can go to another beauty supply store with better customer service.

My Lady loves it! Scarfs and jewlry are excellent. Plenty hair accessories and even summer outfits.

I needed help with protecting my natural hair. The sales associate (young African American lady, army fatigue jacket, and locs pulled up into a bun) was So Very helpful. Thank you very much.

The reason I'm giving This hair buzz 3 stars because I purchase a 24" wig that does not look like a 24" wig I called Saturday at the last minute of me going to a elegant party, I told them that this was not the length size I purchase. I have pictures to prove, my units is still installed, it's a 360, not fully lace, with tracks.if any females wears between 22 and 24" weave or wigs, know that this is not right. Here's the pics. AS YOU CAN SEE IT STOPS RIGHT UNDER MY SHOULDER BLADES, WHEN 22"S STOPS AT THE TOP OF ME BEHIND, 24" STOPS 2"S AFTER MY BEHIND. I HAVE MANY OF UNITS AND WEAVE HAIR THATS 24"S, THIS WHY I DONT DO HAIRSTORE UNITS THEY TO PRICEY AND THEY QUICK TO GET OVER LIKE PPL DONT KNOW HAIR.

Not crazy about these types of establishments (carry too much stuff) but I gotta admit, the Asian woman behind the counter knows where everything is! Though I did notice she sent me to the back to find something (wearing my Septa uniform) but when the thug dressed fella asked for directions and after she sent him she told the associate (who wasn't busy, just talking since I walked in) to hurry back to check on him! In her native language of course. Hmmm!

I enjoy this location! There is always plenty of items available in stock. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Thanks

Great location! Good prices! Knowledgeable attendant! Well stocked! Great selection of products. Social distancing and hand sanitizer available! Free parking available and handicap accessible! Ladies and men enjoy!

The store is fairly large. What I liked best was the variety of products and good prices. The aisles are roomy and the clerk's are knowledgeable. I will return

Love this store and the owners specially for the wigs but a couple of the girls that work there need to learn better customer service very rude

This trip was good, got what I needed the person I spoke with was pleasant. There was videos to apply hair and so much stuff! Everything we need to be beautiful ️

Had a very Bad experience in the store today. I found a lace front wig and I purchased it. I asked the lady that was handling the wigs to remove the lace.went to the car and looked at it and never touched the lace, so I was happy because I thought it was too short any way so I immediately returned it.they refused to give me a refund when I had not been gone two minutes.the girls are miserable and not helpful at all they look like the SWALLOWED a bag of lemons. Buyer be ware

I didn't walk around I went straight to the Isle that I needed and got my product then left.
