After following there plan for a year hair remain the same no improvement actually have lost hair that was there after spending $1000 of dollar no result I think they shoud be honest enough to let people know at the consultant that they cannot fix there problem instead of creating false hope am going to reread the agreement then consult my lawyer because we are not satisfied i think it is a formal of scamming

Individual service is good, but at times quality gets affected due to multiple clients being serviced at the same time.

I have been a client for many years. Great experience all around. Marsha is great at reception, Daniel is a joy to work with on membership issues and Chanthy is an awesome stylist. Highly recommend

Sopheak is the best hair stylist I ever had in the last 25 years that I ve been a client. 10 years with her have been the best. She always does the little things that make you happy before you leave. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm totally satisfied. Her attitude is always top notched and she represent your company in the best of ways.

She is not only excellent at her job, but has an outstanding customer service skills. She is patient, flexible, detail-oriented and seeks the satisfaction of her client at all times. Hair Club is an excellent organization from the receptionists to the hair system stylists! I just had another monthly appointment with MaryAnn Tuesday night and she is as professional as they come - personable & talented! She and the others there make you feel comfortable and look like a million bucks! Your "new" hair is so attractive and natural it's impossible to detect otherwise from your friends or strangers (including yourself after awhile!). I can't recommend MaryAnn and her colleagues highly enough!

I have been going to Hairclub for 3 years and I love it. For the most part when you walk in the first person you see is Marsha with her bright smile and friendly personality. She is great and helps you with anything even if you need her to make changes on your appointmens, she just does it with no problem. Marsha is easy to talk too and makes you feel comfortable.
