Hair Cuttery, Philadelphia PA

Made an appointment for 830. I show up at 830 and place is closed already. Says they close at 9. Booked an appointment online to show up for nothing. Always love when I have my time wasted and could've gone somewhere else.

Are they reschedule you when they mess up with other customers but today I went there for my appointment for 1130 and come to find out the person who took my appointment didn’t listen to anything. I said I want it done or the reference that I gave her about the other hairstylist put in my information in the computer so the next hairstylist would know what I get done and she asked me confirmed my appointment and then when I got there today I was told that they don’t have enough time to do my appointment because the person who put in the appointment put in the wrong information and then like no one will take accountability for it until I literally said it would be nice if somebody apologize for messing up and then she shouted oh, I take accountability for it, but like it was not genuine because they obviously did not care about if I got it done today for the wedding I had to go to at 5 o’clock. They were trying to schedule me for Thursday and not even try and find me a Hair Cuttery for today. I had to call another Hair Cuttery and explain the situation and get it done at the one on Frankford Avenue.

It was a horrible visit… I will never return
Needless to say I left soaked, my hairstyles Colleen did not listen to me and I am now dealing with a horrible look and bad cold!

I originally booked two appointments with Colleen H within 15 minutes of each other. The first appointment, for me, at 2pm and the second for my husband at 2: 15pm. When we arrived Colleen cut my husband’s hair, but did not cut mine. We waited there for almost an hour after my husband was finished with his appointment. Apparently Colleen had gone on break during this time, which I did not mind, but she had not communicated this to me at all. I spoke with the woman at the front desk about this issue and she was very apologetic and squeezed me into her own very busy schedule so that I would not have to wait. I do not remember her name, but she was very sweet and I appreciated her professionalism! Outside of her kindness though, the overall experience was very annoying

Ask for stylish Claribel was fabulous. She gave the best shampoo and Conditioning treatment. She made me feel pretty. Definitely request her again. Loved Claribel once again she took her time and really listened to my concerns. Took longer then normal but she wanted to get it just right. Her techniques are different but the end result is PERFECT. FAB job. See her again

I had an appointment with Karen right on time she followed all my directions on how I wanted my hair done and she did a wonderful job

Shannon is the absolute best. My hair was completely out of control to the point I was wearing a hat daily. She cleaned me up so fast and it was exactly what I wanted. I walked out of there not even needing product

Went here for the first time, super clean location and friendly staff. The lady who cut my hair was extremely polite and helped me decide on a style, and was very interactive through the entire process to ensure I was happy with everything she did.

Should have booked my appointment with Ed who is a constant and great stylist there for years making it a classy salon. The hairstylist I booked with must be fairly new post pandemic and was totally unprofessional, makes you wait while she smokes cigarettes outside and has a chip on her shoulder. Previous reviews about her are bad and absolutely correct. Totally does not even want to do your hair except cut a shtty one at that. Grant Ave. Hair Cuttery has been a classy establishment for years this is dragging it way.down.

My hair dresser was not focused on me. She was waiting on a client who didn't showed up for his or her appointment. Didn't get a professional cut. Side burns was uneven and top was too short. My coworkers thought I cut it myself.

Went to the Hair Cuttery for the first time since my previous barber retired. Went with no appointment, they took me right away. Kelly came out and introduced herself and brought me back to her chair. I think I found my new barber (stylist).

I was a walk in and very curtious.and professional washed my hair and I wanted a Bob and the stylist gave be a very nice one I like.i would go again.

Andrea is one of the best stylists in Philadelphia if you need your hair done go to Grant and the boulevard the hair Cuttery a car and make an appointment with her

The person that cut my hair was doing everything expect what I really told her to do. It is unacceptable. This isn’t the haircut that I wanted.

Worst hair cut ever, even the blow dry was not done well, I redid it myself and OMG I was shocked even the sides are not even.are these the stylists you are hiring? See are the pictures and judge yourself
