Came here for the first time and also my last. I wanted to get a partial balayage which would go over what I had and left with a majority of my hair bleach orange. The older lady whose name I cannot remember, also cut my hair for free which made me feel like something is wrong. Extremely unprofessional to not just say “I am uncomfortable doing balayage or I do not have enough experience “ instead I was left with a mess and another stylist at a different salon asked what happened to my hair. Instead of spending hours to get it fixed somewhere I got it all covered up and ended my progress with the balayage to avoid this ever again.
