Hair Cuttery reviews
11 I had an appointment today schedule for 10: 45. I was on time. I was asked “do you have an appointment” to which I responded “yes”.
No further questions were asked, she took the next person.
10 minutes later I asked if Brianna was in - the person I had an appointment with. The response was “no, she took a personal day. But we will squeeze you in. ”
There were others sitting there waiting, the woman in the back kept looking up but never acknowledged anything. I have a flight at 3 today and this was my chance to get a haircut. I received no call or cancellation. I will never return here and will let everyone know the unreliability of this location. How disheartening.
Last time, someone cut my curly hair and messed it up. She made my hair uneven, however, I told her that I do not like layers, but she just did something is like uneven layers. I had to wait for my upper layers to grow to catch the lower ones because there was such a big difference between my hair layers. And there was a discount on the website on that day, and when I go there and asked, she did not try to help me out. She seemed to be annoyed that I asked! I love the products there, but, do not recommend it for curly hair people or just make sure that the person will cut your curly hair, know what curly hair means.
Called made a appointment for my son was a fast great customer service so far so good.gave them a 5
I love this place I especially like the fact that my hairdresser of 20 years, Ellen is there she is an excellent colorist and hairstylist. Everyone there is super nice. Thank you again Ellen. You will NOT be disappointed.make an appointment today you won’t regret it. Extra plus parking available and great pricing
Mel is officially the only person allowed to cut my curly hair from now on. For probably 15 years I've been asking various stylists for layers; they all tell me "sure but they have to be long so your hair doesn't puff up" then proceed to give me a haircut with no visible layers whatsoever. This even happens at places that specialize in curly hair! Not Mel; she gave me actual real (long) layers. And they look fabulous! Thanks Mel!
The hairstylist and receptionist were perfectly nice so that's the plus. I hate my hair because the stylist didn't listen to what I said. I recently lost all of my hair, and this was only my second haircut. I was very specific explaining exactly what to cut and what to leave alone. She took it upon herself to style it how she wanted and now it's messed up and will take months to fix and besides messing up the style I explained, she made the sides uneven. She never even offered to show me the back, I'm afraid to look, but I know how my hair usually lays and it's not the same, I'm seriously afraid if I look, I might become very upset. I figured a trim could not be too hard and I didn't see the need to spend $85 dollars for a haircut especially when I plan on getting one every 6-8 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but I can't trust them now
They did a beautiful job on my hair in past and just recently I took my 6 Year old autism son here to get his hair done for Christmas and she was great and the hair was beautiful my son even loved it. I'm planning to try to go back with my son to get our hair done here again, we love the place and we love the people. They have great experience and they are very professional with great communication skills, I recommend any mom's dad's or parents who have kids or even autism kids to come here and they are also LGBTQ+ friendly, when I came in it was a very welcoming friendly non-judgmental and safe feeling environment, it didn't even matter that I'm gay they were still okay and comfortable with doing my hair and my son hair. Love this place and I will come back to get our hair done again
It's the first time I give a review. I ve been there a few days ago the stuff was just at the level I was happy about their job I 'll come back for sure.
I don't remember her name which is an injustice. I'm very particular and couldn't happier with my cut. I'll definitely be going back to her for another clip when it's time
And update with her name
Great job!
If you are thinking about getting a haircut, look for better options. I could not be more upset with my haircut. $60 for a hair style I did not even ask for. If you have your usual barber, stick with them. Don’t use this place.
