My experience with customer service here, even my stylist, was amazing. However my haircut was horrible and I really shouldn’t have had to pay. The stylist put SO much product in my hair it was practically glued to my head. I had to ask her to spray my hair with water to relieve some of the weight. She didn’t know how to blow dry my hair or cut my face framing bangs. I asked her for her comb and her blow dryer and taught her how to blow dry my bangs to provide volume but my hair was still so saturated with oil. The blow drying hurt and I could feel her ripping out my hair. I was so embarrassed and didn’t want to embarrass her and I was so upset when I left. I only needed a trim, nothing fancy, not even layers. I would never return here or recommend this place.

Lilly cut my son's hair. He is autistic and people don't always feel comfortable working with him. Lilly was kind and patient, and did a great job cutting his hair!

Even when I came back 2 days later to make it a little shorter she listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Clean and friendly salon. Definitely recommend

I made an appointment at this hair cuttery having never been there before. I was so lucky to get Jessica. She made sure she knew what I wanted and made it happen. She did an excellent job with the color, cut, style and even washing and conditioning! I’ve been to three other salons with great ratings and they couldn’t compare to what Jessica did. She is my new stylist!

I got my eyebrows waxed by Michelle - Senior Drisgner II. I've been her client for over a year now and still do business with her because she is so skilled.

I have been going to this location now for a few years my hairdresser Michelle is simply the best, I few months back she suggested that I try waxing my eyebrows I had never done that before and she assured me it would be ok and I did it and I love it my eyebrows and my hair have never looked better, thanks Michelle your the best

It was very hard to cut my bb hair I appreciate the lady she did a great job and have a lot of patience thank you it look so good

My stylist was, I believe, the manager. She was very professional and we had a good conversation. She did an excellent job with my cut.

Some of them are good and I have had good experiences usually, but my last haircut was completely botched. It's completely uneven, and like I had a couple of hairs that were literally an inch longer than the rest of my hair. As soon as I left I just went home and had to cut it myself, not to mention it's completely uneven in general. The worst part was, I suggested to another person that they should go here as well and their hair was also left completely uneven and parts were just really long where they obviously shouldn't have been.

It's good if you get the right person so just be careful of who you book with. Like I said good experiences are usually until you just get that one person who completely butchers my hair.

Also, keep in mind the haircut took a total of maybe 5-10 mins, it was honestly just so uncomfortable I wanted to just pay and leave and hope I could fix it at home. I could make it where it wasn't completely visual and that it was uneven, but I still have had people make comments if they look too much. Also not to mention I got this haircut like 1 day before my birthday, and now I'm left with messed up hair so just be careful if you have somewhere to go.

My boyfriend and I went in to have his hair cut and my hair layered. By the time we were done, his hair was completely uneven, and I’m missing 3 inches of hair I told her to leave plus no layers. I’m absolutely furious about it. Not worth the $78.

Called to make an appointment, lady said she could do what i wanted but was booked out for multiple days. Says she was the best there, i said okay Ill wait. The day comes and im called saying she called out and the soonest appointment is either 8am or over a week from my original call date. Was offered no compensation or anything.

I have been going here for a long time now started off living in Philly and now travel from New Jersey
and every time I have Christopher do my hair and I love it each and every time.
