Hair Town Super Center, Wyncote PA

This is a superstore with any hair related item n products for all nationalities. They have a great section of Blk hair care products, wigs, hair extensions all very reasonably priced. I come from NJ and it’s a hour ride to get all my hair care needs. Good location with eating places, Walmart, and another shopping center close by.

Very friendly customer service. The girl walked with me and helped me pick out some braiding hair for sensitive skin. She was very product knowledgeable and very patient plus a huge selection of everything you need is here!

Not such a great experience. The customer service is horrible at check out. The same thing has happened on 2 occasions. Their employees are very unprofessional and have no courtesy at all.

I bought a lip gloss and put it on in store. As soon as it touched my lips I noticed the lip gloss smelled bad. I immediately went back to the cashier and told her. The she said they were new and just came in. I think they were old and have been there for a while. I asked for a refund and they refused. It’s the principle of the matter. They sold me a rancid product and refuse to do an exchange. I’m tired of giving them money. I will not be going back.

I absolutely love this store. I drive 1 hour to shop here.

This store is huge. The staff are very nice. I found everything I needed and more. The only problem I had was because the store is so big it took me a little while to find what I was looking for.

I purchased a wig here. Took it home and didn’t like the curl pattern. Less than 24 hours I went back to the store for an exchange. Hair was not touched or unwrapped, had my receipt and they would not do an exchange or store credit. Now I’m stick with a wig I don’t like and $50 out of my pocket. I try to support businesses but this is why I get my hair online. If I don’t like it I can return and get a refund or exchange. Never will I purchase hair from this place again.

Horrible experience. Workers there look dead. Horrible customer service. It's was like l was in a warehouse looking for help. I couldn't find my product to buy so l left

4 starts given because they need more employees on the floor to assist customers. I can't never find anyone in this big store to help me find anything.

I was with my wife and WOW! They must have the greatest inventory I have ever seen. If you can't find what you want/need in any category you really are not a serious buyer!

Biggest hair store ever. I love the supplies and the variety. Only giving one star off cause the way they watch u like a hawk, its not them watching and offering help, its I want to make sure you don’t steal.

I was just getting oil mist spray, but there are SO many brands to choose from. My advice: Know what you want, and if not ask the staff for suggestions.

They have a wide variety of hair and products for your hair. They sell other items that you may need, there's always someone on the floor who can help you. They are friendly and attentive, they listen to you as well.

Love this place they have a huge variety and lots of other things as well for a good price.

Young ladies in the store were helpful. We were able to choose hair and other items and check out in good time. They always have alot of available cashiers.
