Haldeman Auto Body and Collision Center, Allentown PA

Called twice to get assistance with my car being towed over and retrieving an estimate and having my car serviced. First call the man who answered the call was rude and unhelpful. The second time I called this man was worse than the first and I just gave up with it all together and said forget it and hung up. I just don't understand how it was so difficult to get information on getting my car over there for service and help with an insurance claim. I've done this before with other places and have never had an issue especially not have had rude workers.

Very honest. My dealership said I needed all kinds of maintenance work done. New pads, coolant replaced, break fluid replaced, etc.
I was going to have them do all the work while I was getting the oil changed and tire rotation.
The took a good look and said everything looked good.
They could have done the work and I would have paid them.
They saved me hundreds of dollars!

Working with Haldeman auto body has been the best experience! Jim was extremely helpful, he kept me in the loop & also always answered all the questions I had! This auto body shop is 10/10. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you & great job to everyone involved!

Had an accident, State Farm gave me the go to take the vehicle to a shop. Call this place, gentleman told me I was wasting my time going to them? Then started cursing at me after telling him I need the vehicle fixed anyway? Very strange call. Won’t call here for service again.
