People there were very rude, everyone was condescending when I tried to ask questions. They never called me to tell me my car was ready, and they never gave me the discount they promised either. Overall not a very great experience sadly.

Told me I needed entirely new brakes to pass my inspection. Funny enough, those are the same brakes I just replaced a few months ago. Even funnier, both of the other mechanics I took my car to said that my brakes were fine and passed my car. At least I saved $1,000 by not just blindly listening to Haldeman Ford.

Drove past on my way home as I saw a new superduty out front for sale. Called and spoke to Don who said he would have to pass my info to a salesman and have them call me back. Salesman Wayne called me back (whom was a pleasure to speak with) about an hour later told me about the truck and had me quite interested until he said they want $5000 over msrp for the truck due to the shortage of superdutys…. A quick search online on cargurus shows over 1000 new superdutys available within 100 miles of your dealership. How about price gouging people on toys like mustangs and high dollar SUV’s (cause you don’t do that) instead of gouging the local working man looking at a base XL pickup truck. Clearly won’t be buying from you people but good luck with continuing to rip off our local community.

We drive over three hours to purchase cars from Haldeman Ford of Kutztown because we know Butch Dietrich and the sales staff is extremely professional. Yes, it seems crazy to make a three hour drive to purchase a vehicle. We have attempted to do business with other dealerships, but have found that their prices are inflated, and they do not seem too motivated to sell cars.
