Sent my brother broken part and never refunded him after sending back and it wasn't cheap every time he call they say check is coming it's been months
Would have given it a lower rating but seems impossible $1,400 down the drain they keep saying they've sent it today sent it today never received it haven't gotten the money back dishonest distasteful not worth the money the stress or the issues do not buy from them do not trust them find someone else ASAP
Wish I could give them a better review. I ordered a part online and after checking out noticed that they are a used parts supplier. Sent an email immediately (within minutes after confirming my order) apologizing for my mistake. But they sent parts and unfortunately the wrong parts. Fast shipping but not accurate with product description, part numbers or replying to emails.

Equipment grave yard and parts store. Lots of mowers and tractors available. Staff is great with answering questions and figuring out what part you want.
Dishonest! They played the old switcheroo with a mower deck I had someone pickup. Didn’t return my numerous phone calls and emails. They didn’t even respond to the credit card company until after 30 days, so they made sure to ‘all sales final’. Their reason, they gave me the ‘better’ deck. Not the deck I looked closely at on their site, not the deck with clean spindles, not the deck without cracks, not the deck I discussed with Mike or John on the phone. Not the deck I agreed to pay for, not the deck they agreed to sale me. Go elsewhere!
There you go! From the owner, who’s selling equipment online and shipping it, you should go look at it yourself. Instead of providing what was agreed on purchasing, they clearly will make changes, without notification and continue to blame you! I’ll be sure to upload all the pics when I have more time to waste on this place. Beware! Still making excuses, not once have they tried to fix their mistake!
