For the amount they offer to buy books for, they have no problem gouging people on their listing prices. I recommend Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, eBay, or just donate them to Goodwill.

Love this book store! Everybody there is kind and courteous! Very reasonable prices and a wide selection of books!

Manager is exceptionally rude and confrontational. One of the employees actually apologized to me for their manager's behaviour before I left the store. That is extremely sad. I will stick to the Monroeville location from now on even though it is a further drive.

Wonderful staff and can always find something you've been looking for with the huge selection of books, games, movies and music. Take your no longer used books/games/movies for instant cash.

The book selection is excellent, the prices are great, and everyone who works there has always been pleasant and seemed to appreciate my purchases.

The selection of books was fantastic. It was organized by category and alphabetical, so easy to follow and find what you are looking for. I also got some non book items as well that I'm excited to use. My friends mostly got fiction and I got non fiction. I'll definitely be coming back and exploring other books and subjects.

I can always find a bunch of good values at this Half Price Books, though you certainly have to look. It's fun to browse all of the media from different time periods. In addition to books, they also have games, movies, and music. The staff is helpful and cheery too.

Easy to miss entrance, if you do, it is a pain to turn around, but, even with that said, a turn around would be well worth it.

Cool store but they gave me 5 bucks for a whole box of books. Not worth selling there. Lot's of books to buy but too expensive in contrast to what they buy books for.

Probably the worst of the Pittsburgh Half Price Books, Its small, crowded and the hipster staff is rude.

I love HPB! They have great prices, and we try to make sure to stop by every time we are in the vicinity of one. I highly recommend HPB, either their online store or their physical locations.

Lots to chose from, if your looking for cheap cds they are down low next to the ground and not in order.

Five boxes of practically new cookbooks and two boxes of DVDs and I left with $17.80.

If I'd had a cookbook bonfire, I'd have come out further ahead than I did going to this place.

Staff very helpful. Very good selection of books. Do not give fair amount on books brought in for sale. Good tp buy not so good for your books.

Don't bother selling books here. They give you nothing. Further, the mark-up buy books and other stuff far exceeds what you would pay on Amazon or even new at Barnes and Noble.
