24Didn't have any of the series my daughter was looking for. It's really hit or miss sometimes. Only gave her $2.49 for the second half of a series that garnished $9 earlier in the summer. There buy back pricing seems to be more based on how many ppl are selling rather than what's on the shelves.
If you are going to Half Price Books to sell your books, etc, you'll be disappointed. $2.00 for many boxes of books is, frankly, a joke. The staff that reviews the books are off putting. I guess they hate their jobs and their customers. Sell your books, etc at a flea market or yard sale where you'll get substantially more.
Ripoff when trading in books.took bags plus some puzzles and gave me 6.00 and lots of the books were only read once.just donate to your local library instead of wasting time, here
I understand that they need to make money, but even if you trade in new books, you get an average of 5 cents per book. Decided to downsize my collection before I had to move, so I traded in a car load of around a thousand books, plus games, and received $50 for a collection that cost me thousands. Half of that covered the gas I used on that trip. If I had known they gave so little, I wouldn't have wasted the time.
