I appreciate that they came promptly to offer a free second opinion, but they wanted $600.to snake my washer trap/drain. Not even my main drain.
That is a ridiculous price.
Our ductless air units were working just fine until we had them cleaned. After we had them cleaned, our flapper are not working correctly, and we have to lower the temperature in our house. We also have to wait until August 16th for a service person to come back and fix them or hopefully there is and cancelation so they can come sooner

Reliability And Professionalism
The very first thing we did was have Haller install a new furnace and AC in the 120 year old home we bought 2 years ago. Their reasonable financing made that possible (and with no interest). We recently signed up with the annual service, and they call to remind us when it’s time, making scheduling very easy. Our service tech, Jake, is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. He’s always on-time and does a great job very quickly: checked the system, answered our questions, and even disposed of our old filter. Going with Haller has been one of the best choices we made for the house. Thanks!
I needed service on the generator that Haller installed about 5 years ago. This is the second or third time that the Residential HVAC Service Technician was Lucas Geiman. He promptly diagnosed the service needed, had the necessary parts in his truck, and had the generator back in service in what I thought was a short time. His knowledge and professional expertise is so apparent. I hope Haller Enterprises appreciates Lucas as much as I do.

Pro: Tommy was truly wonderful & a 5 star employee. He walked us through the process, explained next steps and why we need a new system.
Cons: We called in because our AC wasn't working properly and were charged a $79 service appt dispatch fee.even though the visit turned into being an HVAC estimate, with no actual work done. An HVAC estimate is advertised as a free offer on the Haller website. We ended up moving forward with a 14k+ system, but were still required to pay the $79 dispatch fee. When I called in to have the fee adjusted, I was basically told that I was informed about the $79 dispatch fee for a service appointment, which was in truth an HVAC estimate.
I had a technician come out in May as well, who never informed us about a membership which would've been beneficial for us financially. It seems like there's a disconnect between departments and a clear display that some employees are more focused on financial bottom line rather than creating a positive customer-focused experience. I'm not sure we'll be utilizing this company/recommending to others in the future.
