Absolutely horrible experience. Had them full rig my new Vexus. To start the control panel had a short. I had to repair. Batteries were loose in the tray. Got a take it up with Vexus on that issue. Cut a recessed trolling motor box in left all the shavings in the hull, cut supports out that sank the deck.and sold me a 12 pitch prop for a bass boat that anybody with any knowledge would know is 5 pitches too small. For all these issues I received 0 compensation. O stars! But I have to I guess give them 1

Guys were able to set us up with exactly what we needed quickly and provide valuable feedback about a new program we are doing that will get more kids out fishing and kayaking. Great collection of equipment and product to choose from.

This was my first time buying a new boat and the experience was excellent. Randy helped me through the purchase from start to finish. I purchased an ebrio17 pontoon and had many questions beforehand. Randy answered all my questions and he actually got me my boat a lot sooner then expected so having the boat ready for the summer of 2021 was a big deal. The boat pickup was seamless as well. Randy gave me an overview of the boat features/ trailer and helped me get plates and registration in nearby Hughesville. The store definitely has a great selection of fishing and boating gear, I'm just disappointed I live too far to make frequent visits. I could see from all the repeat customers how much people love coming back here! Trustworthy, honest, and reliable are just a few words I would use to describe Halls Marine.

Told me OT would be over 3 week wait but called me 7 days later and was really reasonable if u own a boat and need repairs u wont regret it

We purchased a pontoon boat from Halls Marine in July of 2020 and were very pleased with both the boat and service provided by Hall's. During the summer season using the boat, there were several minor items that needed to be addressed, a non-functioning power outlet, depth sensor and an imperfection with the flooring that needed to be repaired. Our sales person, Austin Gaab, suggested we use the boat for the season since we did not consider the items major issues, and they would perform the repairs during the winter off season, not impacting our summer use. We had a great season using the boat, Hall's made the repairs, storing the boat for the winter and returning for the start of the 2021 season.

Hall's Marine has been a pleasure to deal with, always quickly returning our phone calls and assisting us when needed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a boat.

I just upgraded and bought a Mercury 65 hp jet from them and had a good experience. Tim Barnes was a great salesman and his communication was great! Mike Fullerton is a top notch mechanic and is skilled in is a great guy. Hall’s also stocks a great inventory of accessories, fishing tackle and gear.

#1 Boat Dealer and Repair Shop that I’ve been too! You feel like a local friend when coming in and out of this store. I did 20 years in the Army and towed my boat my places. It has been to many repair shops and this is by far the best customer service that I’ve experienced. They get busy - but that’s likely because people trust them. So have some patience and know they do good work. Their lot was filled and booked out three weeks. Best advice is to get the boat all fixed up early season and then hold out on any repairs till end of season before being winterized, unless there are emergencies. I had a bunch that needed done and they triaged my boat; fixed what I needed to get me back out on the water; ordered other parts; and I am just bringing it back when everything is in stock and ready to be installed. I am planning a long drop off at end of season for them to work on it during the off season (their recommendation to save some money). I cannot say enough about Hall’s Marine! I won’t take my boat anywhere else. Trust this dealership and repair facility.

We had another boat in mind at another local dealer in which the experience had been a total disappointment on MANY levels. We came in to talk with Austin at Hall's and we're blown away by the a better way of doing business. Hall's in Muncy is on the ball, keeps promises, treats you with respect, goes the extra mile, and is the REAL DEAL. We should of read the reviews before ever considering the OTHER dealer. I live in Reading, Pennsylvania, and I've been corresponding with Chad for several weeks about my interest in purchasing a boat. Throughout the sales process, he was accommodating, did not employ any pressure tactics, and was a straight shooter in my dealings with him. I eventually purchased a 1950 Superhawk from him and, as a first time boat owner, he explained everything to me and even sent a member of his staff to take me down to the river to go out on the water and answer any questions I had about how to use the boat. Even after I purchased the boat, I had to call Chad a few days later with what were probably some very basic questions for him about hitching and unhitching the boat from my truck. He did not seem annoyed and in fact answered my questions and help me with my situation which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend doing business with Halls Marine for your boating needs.
