Hamilton Arms Center, Lancaster PA

Great staff, great care! My wife was here for a year, friendly staff, great therapy, she now home!

I've always heard not so good things about Hamilton Arms. I visited a friend 2 times in the past 2 weeks. Everything seemed nice. Resident's wife is really pleased with the care her husband is getting.

The other week I was visiting my mom at Hamilton Arms in Lancaster and went into a seizure and the staff were so nice they helped me to the chair I was sitting on.

They are actually advertising for staff with the "perk" of NO COVID VACCINE REQUIRED MASKS OPTIONAL.

MASK OPTIONAL while caring for my family member during the developing Covid wave? Staff are then free to infect residents?

COVID IS AIRBORNE - when you are infected, you breathe the virus onto other people's bodies and into their lungs.

All the staff there were very friendly to me and you're staff were very nice to my friend Dottie eckenrod

Awesome place. The staff are all wonderful and kind. They go over and above to show their patients how much they care. They also make sure the family are taken care of too. I am so blessed they had an opening for my Mom. Picking Hamilton Arms was the best decision I made. Thank you all for caring the way you all do.

Staff are very friendly. So far my mom has had a good experience. Great service of menu as well. Well it’s only two days

My dad came home today and half the medication they sent him home with weren't even on his list and there are others on the list and we didn't get so I have to take him to his family doctor right away to get it straight out

I'm here now for rehab and they all care for you as a family I would recommend it for anyone they treat everyone the same also just found out they lie to me told me Medicare b would pay for some of the days now coming after me for money they kept doing same theory day after day til I raised cane than I was out in 3 days.

Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms appeared ok. Not sure sharing one bathroom with 4 patients is good. There was a bad odor on the second floor.
