This is a rooming house not a hotel rooms are clean you get cable plus utilities for a very reasonable rate.

They say they are trying to make the place more luxury by installing fake hardwood floors in rooms and raising rent. Nothing else has changed for the better.
They cut security hours, there's nobody here during the day on weekends in case of anything. The back door exit is locked on weekends making it so there's only 1 way in and out. They charge for parking even though they never put up gates like they said they were going to.
