I do not recommend the service department. Or the business in general. Had my Polaris General in there for service as you would not stay running. They weren't able to fix it and got a big runaround every time and after 10 weeks I pulled it out of there and moved it to a different Polaris dealership shop which had it running in a half hour. Very disappointed with the management and staff.

The gang at Hamlin Motorsports are terrific! They helped us to choose our golf cart with NO pressure to buy, or buy the more expensive models. They made it quick and easy. Then when we had a couple mishaps with our battery (our own faults) they were happy and willing to help us out in a jam! I would send anyone looking, their way!

Worst place I ever dealt with. Rude salesman and would never return my calls. Did everything they could to not honor a quote they gave me. They kept passing me off until they sold the unit to someone else for more money.

Edit to respond to owner response to this review: No where on my paperwork I left with does it say my trade was required. Trade information is blank and trade allowance is zero. You had the serial number sent to you in a text message. Thank you for your time in responding and attacking my credibility. It’s greatly appreciated and I wish you the best of luck. Hamlin Motorsports was highly recommended by a friend of mine when I started shopping for a side by side. I'm very happy that I gave them a call. I worked with Cyle for about a week and half back and forth with phone calls and texts until he found the perfect machine for me. I drove two hrs to the dealership and made the deal on Saturday and they delivered it to me the very next morning on their day off. I had a million questions being very new to this and Cyle answered them all very thoroughly. I'm looking forward to future business with them and will never go anywhere else moving forward.

I've never met more personable people. I went there just browsing and left with a machine. The kindness and understanding is off the charts. I'd seriously never even think of shopping elsewhere after the pleasant experience I had.

Quick and caring response to my needs. Was honest and straight forward and went out of their way to help in our search for a side by side. They found what I needed, and serviced it and cleaned up any problems with the machine. Yes, I will be working with them in the future. We had to travel 1 1/4 hours to buy the machine but was well worth it.
