Hampton Inn Lancaster

This hampton is our go to stay! We visit Lancaster almost every month and this is where we stay. Everyone and I mean everyone is kind and helpful. Suzanne goes out of her way to accomodate thats for sure. Cece one of your awesome housekeepers is incredible in getting us what we need. We met Steven last weekend, assuming hes with maintenance and had the neatest time talking with him. Please let them know if I could give 10 stars I would

Wonderful hotel! Staff was very helpful, friendly, and overall just awesome! Hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfy, pillows were great! Breakfast was delicious and the Gym was very clean and private, with good equipment! We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend.

I was working between 2 jobs and I took my clothes to work at the second job. I left my soda in the fridge, cell phone charger and bath soap. I had a week left on my checkout, so, when they cleaned my room they removed all my stuff and threw it away. My stuff didn’t get replaced and they gave me 10,000 points. I will never stay there again.

Everything was great-from excellent service as well as our room. Highly recommend stay there.

Anna the night shift front desk lady was so helpful in my situation needing a room she did t have nothing for me but she called around the area and took some back lash for calling from the desk guy at best western down the road but she did all she could for me if you can stay here.

The breakfast is great. The check in/out process is smooth. However, the afternoon shift is not super friendly. A coworker and I requested a room changes due to brown water coming from hot water in the sink and tub. We were told to return to our rooms and wait for maintenance. Maintenance came and told us to run the water until the brown was gone. I had to run the water for 3.5 hours waiting for it to clear up. In addition to this inconvenience there was also a massive amount of mold next to the HVAC unit on the wall. I definitely wouldn’t stay in this room again.

Don’t stay here if you want to work on your laptop. Terrible chair and high desk. Better Hilton & Marriott options close.

This Hampton was not updated in my opinion. Our room was small especially the bathroom and the tile was filthy and stained with urine. There was hair in the tub. The carpet was very dirty and needs to be replaced! We also saw a cockroach in our bathroom and heard another guest saw they saw one in the hall! I hope their kitchen food is sealed in plastic bins! I was afraid to eat there!

Our stay at The Hampton Inn was great. Service was excellent front desk concierge people were great!

Upon checking in we were charged an extra $195, and the manager told us they always charge an extra $20 amenities fee. I told her that’s not true, we are silver members and travel a lot, and it’s not $20 it’s almost $200. She told me not to worry about it. Really?
One afternoon all three coffee urns were empty and several of us stood there and watched the women behind the desk laughing and fooling around, the manager was one of them. No coffee, but lots of laughs, must be fun working there.
One couple we know were told they weren’t allowed to play cards and drink wine in the lobby, meanwhile there were two groups drinking wine and one group drinking beer.
The shower grab bar was rusty. The walls of the room were scuffed up. I don’t know when the last time was that they painted the room.
During breakfast on Monday there were lots of people complaining. I know that there are four couples, us included, who will never use this hotel again.

A great hotel, the transportation is very convenient, there are Costco and many fast food restaurants nearby, the room is very clean, big and spacious, the bathroom supplies are very complete, the bathroom is very clean and bright, the bed is very good and the quilt is very good Comfortable, maybe staying in the most side room, the Wi-Fi is not good, it's a pity that the swimming pool is closed this season, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, the staff is very friendly The car, the overall stay feels very good, except for the Wi-Fi, but it does not affect the 5 points

Overall a good experience. My only complaint was the front desk asked if we wanted someone to clean our room every other day which I said yes and it didn't happen. Not a huge deal but could frustrate others. Free breakfast, has a decent fitness center, and the pool is clean.

I had a great stay in the Hampton Inn Lancaster at this location, I stayed there for two weeks and the housekeeping was always prompt in cleaning the rooms, the front desk was very friendly and helpful and I would stay again.
