Rooms clean and modern. Wonderful fresh complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The continental breakfast was great with lots of choices. The rooms were incredibly clean. The pool and jacuzzi space was clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful too! I want to give a special shout out to Lucy. She went above and beyond for us to ensure we had a second date reservation and that we were able to maintain our room without moving. I was very pleased!

Great stay at the Hampton Inn Lehighton-Jim Thorpe! I spent 2 nights there solo, just my dog and I. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating for both of us. The hotel was very very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Located just 10-12 minutes from downtown Jim Thorpe and near the turnpike entrance. Their complimentary hotel breakfast was phenomenal as well, with hot and cold options, bakery, waffle making station, multiple juice options. Probably one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. My dog loved his stay, and as you can see made himself right at home on the comfortable king size bed. Thank you, we will come again!

Nice place to stay. Would visit again. Wish the floors in room didnt have carpet though. Outdoor patio is gorgeous! Staff very friendly and breakfast buffet was great.

There is not enough space here to truly sing the praises of the people who comprise the team at this Hampton Inn. Each stay and every interaction with the staff here is always pleasant and enjoyable with the ease that never accompanies the hassle of staying anywhere but home. Whether you come in to Danielle and her always ready to help attitude. Miriam and her always smiling nature. Lucy and her efficient way of getting you in that still has her personality and touch all over it. Or you get my favorite Veronica and her down to earth bubbly personality that shines through any kind of day she has. You can expect a wonderful interaction and stay. The rooms and amenities are great as you would expect at any Hilton location but each of these women make the stay what it is. Business or personal, work or vacation rest assured that when you see one of their amazing smiling faces greet you, all of your needs will be met with nothing but smiles and the utmost attention.

Each of you set a nearly unattainable standard for the hospitality industry and yet, all of you maintain that standard with smiles that manages to improve with each visit I have. I have told each of you and I will happily tell anyone that asks, YOU make this place what it is.

Anyone can come and visit the historic Jim Thorpe area to enjoy it but those people who come and go will see the real reason to visit the area when they have the honor of seeing each of you.

I was very impressed with being able to check in and receive a digital key without having to stop at the front desk on my arrival. The digital key worked perfectly throughout. I was able to get into the pool area, enter the building from other entrances other than the front entrance, and enter our room with ease. The decor inside was very pleasing. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The room itself was very nice. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly when I had questions or wanted to buy a beverage. I especially enjoyed the small touches such as flavored water, coffee 24X7, and the popcorn. Later at night, we enjoyed sitting by the fire pits outside. Breakfast was very good. The service by Tricia and a young man was outstanding. They kept everything stocked and were constantly keeping the area clean. Several times Tricia opened the garbage can lid for me to dump my garbage.overall, I had a great time at this hotel. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Right off the highway. Friendly service with a smile. Popcorn machine, free coffee, and flavored water in the lobby at all times. The fitness room was a bit small but the pool was great. Loved the outside patio with a fire pit. Fridges in the room and plenty of ice available.

The room was amazingly clean! The lobby looked fantastic. Breakfast was great, and Lisa at the front desk did a wonderful job answering all my questions, and being very patient with me.

This hotel is quite impressive for a 3-star hotel with a fire pit, pool, fitness center, and free breakfast. The room was also clean and quiet, and the staff accommodated our needs.

I left a review on an email the inn sent me, and the only thing preventing it from getting 10/10 was the relatively limited selection of food for breakfast (specifically fruit).

Had a good experience here. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Our room had some loud electrical noises and staff were willing to switch our room. Rated 4 stars because the shower was lukewarm.

Better than usual experience even for an Hampton Inn. Clean room with modern furniture. There is a gym and pool area, snack and beverages available and more. Its not a big hotel but I thought they did a great job of providing everything we'd need for our stay considering. The Hotel is also easy to find and access from Turnpike. I only spent one night here but it left a good impression on me compared to most hotels Ive stayed.

The rooms were average.they offer good breakfast and it's free.
But the price per night is more compared to what you are getting.

I was there with a wedding crowd. Everyone was so accommodating. Gathering places were available and comfortable. A fun weekend

Great stay. Minutes from Jim Thorpe. Front desk was friendly though i forgot the ladys name. They actually had hot breakfast! And also microwave snacks and beer for purchase, didnt have to run out anywhere

To be honest, this is the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in. And I visited quite a few in PA. The property has a newish feel to it and management has definitely done a good job with little details around the lobby. Rooms are clean and smell fresh, no pet or cigarette odor anywhere. Staff is not in your face and pretty efficient when needed. Yes, breakfast is not the greatest but who cares, it has the basics. Will continue to stay here in the future.

This Hampton is what I've come to expect from the Hampton brand; friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Lehighton or the surrounding areas.
