Worst hotel ever and there not mice to people of color that’s all I’m gonna say horrible I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Another couple.my husband and I needed a place to stay that included a shuttle to the airport and, parking while we were on our trip. I thought Hampton had a good reputation and their website said it had sleep, park and fly packages so I called the number and asked if I was talking to someone at the actual hotel, as I had trouble with booking online before, and they said yes I was indeed speaking to the reservation desk at the hotel. I asked if this package included free parking he said yes. Imagine my surprise when we checked in and was told parking WAS NOT included and that my reservation was made through a third party booking company and that I had never even talked to anyone at the hotel desk. Plus I had paid more than I would have if I had actually talked to the hotel! Needless to say I was very upset. The night manager was excellent and agreed to not charge us for parking but there was nothing he could do about what we were charged for the rooms since I had prepaid when the reservation a was made. As far as the hotel goes the room was clean, but small, a few stains on the carpet and badly in need of an update, breakfast was very good, the staff was efficient and friendly. And what is a tax recovery fee?

I am a loyal Hampton lover, but this is the worst Hampton I have stayed at in the nation. One light by the bed did not have a light bulb, the treadmill was out of order, the toilet is about 12 inches off the floor and also never fully flushed. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom, which made things interesting. The key cards quit working and had to be replaced. The building needs a serious remodel from 1987. No issues with staff. Breakfast was standard. It wasn't a terrible stay, but some work is needed. Do better.

I was in Pittsburgh for 2 days business trip. I choose Hampton inn because it's a Hilton. We checked in like 10 pm and the hotel was really old, the rooms too. I took a shower and it was clogged. It was disgusting to take a shower with soapy water. The next day, I returned to hotel like 5pm. There was another customer in check in line and the lady in front desk asked him 'do you have floor preference? ', the guy said 'no'. She completed check in. I showed the picture of the shower to the lady and said the shower is clogged. I asked for another room. She said 'i can't help you'! She was asking another customer about floor preference but she said I can't help you to me 1 min later. After I insisted about I don't want to take a shower on that room, she give me another room finally. I was upset because they did discrimination. I didn't pay 150 for a room without a shower. I didn't pay to Hilton to see a discrimination between me and another customer. It was like a highway motel experience.

Our stay started with great service from Jenn and Kelly the front desk. It may be an older hotel, but impeccably clean and fresh smelling.the amenities include fitness center, complimentary Breakfast, coffee, cookies and of course their famous green apples crunchy and fresh. The rates are reasonable and since my global entry appointment at Airport was not until 3: 30 they were accommodating and gave us extra time to arrange the shuttle for us.

Staff was helpful and friendly. But lobby was dirty. Food stains in elevator. My bed seemed clean. But dirt on the floors. Bathtub leaked. Hair in tub and on sink. Door was wobbly. Wont stay here again.

Great customer service even for tmiddle of the night arrival. Room was clean. Location is not bad. For short term accommodation, rooms are good.

We had a good but short stay here after a late night arrival. Check in was quick and the desk attendant was nice. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

The hotel is showing it’s age a little and we did hear some loud yelling from nearby. Everything in our room was clean although the toilet was slow to flush at times.

Room was clean and tidy, restroom was neat with sufficient clean towels ready. The bed was great, really big and comfy. I arrived late at night so I was super tired coming off the plane. The free shuttle provided by Globe came quick and check-in was smooth. Front desk staffs are nice and really helpful. I definitely will stay here if I am to visit Pittsburgh again.

I love coming here! Everything is conveniently close by. They are good & consistent. It's very clean & comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

I have stayed at this hotel 3x so far in 2022 and the rooms have become progressively nastier with each stay. The first night of my latest trip I had to switch rooms due to a lack of hot water, a heavy infestation of black mold and red mildew in the bathroom. The commode was especially disgusting. Plus their were a number of curly hairs in the bathroom and on one of the beds. The next room had hot water and less black mold but even more red mildew and black stuff growing under the rim of the commode. I understand the LaQuinta Inn across the street from this one is much cleaner. That is where I will stay the next time I visit Pittsburgh.

PROS: Great beds, slept great. Only 5 a night to park n fly thats good. Came in Sunday night for monday flight. Great staff. Has a morning shuttle to airport. CONS: Less then adequate breakfast, but

My stay here was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is located close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful when I had some issues with my plans. The bathroom looked really nice the way the shower curtain was hung. Clean tidy bedroom over all. Breakfast is always yummy.
