6Okay so it's being remodeled so the room is all new but everything else was tore up the pools had no bathroom everything from the gym was in the pool area and now I see they're charging an arm and a leg cuz I know that once they remodeled they have old pictures up so don't be fooled
The whirlpool was the best part about the stay. The area was nice and quiet and when I couldn't find my glasses and went to the front desk for assistance they were helpful. I found the glasses in the shower where I put them after I went in with them on my face lol
Price / Value does not add up. Almost $300 for one night, for a hotel under construction and with a really lacking breakfast.
Even being under remodel currently the hotels extremely nice. We have a third floor room and beds are extremely comfy and very clean. Included breakfast is nice and the chocolate chip cookies they put out around 3: 00 p.m. Are delicious. I would definitely stay here again
Stayed here 4 days ago and was disappointed. The hallway on the second floor in front of the elevators was a mess with all the renovation and cleaning materials strewn all over the floor and seemed a potential hazzard. The room had food scraps on the floor of the bed. There were white stuff on the bathroom floor which might have been from the renovation. The heater was really noisy it was difficult to sleep. The pros are, staff were warm and friendly, the breakfast area was nice and clean and the food was great, they have a lot of options. The renovations they have started seem really “hilton” like but it was just a bummer that we reserved a room at this time when its quiet chaotic and a mess.
I booked a reservation via the Hilton app and it said nothing about this hotel having construction done. When I arrived and saw the mess I asked Hillary to cancel my reservation and she said she would not. I called Hilton’s Diamond Club phone number with no resolution. Thankfully, my credit card company is denying the charge. Hillary was very nasty. Even the agent from Hilton Honors stated that.
