Hampton Inn & Suites Bethlehem

Used the Hampton Inn as our primary hotel in our wedding block as well as for the bridal suite. They were very helpful through the process and our guests were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the experience including breakfast and the lobby for late night conversing and card games! Thank you for everything!

This place is in a quiet area and close to the Lehigh University. The staff was very welcoming friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The only thing that remains to be solved is the noise of AC.

Very nice, clean, quiet and inviting, the only problem for me is I smoke and there's no smoking area so when I want to smoke I have to go outside I kind of have a problem with that but I understand

We encountered a safety issue at another hotel. With a late call to this hotel, the manager gave us a room for the night, greeted us with care. It was the end of a bad evening I will never forget. I have no hesitation to return to this location in the future.

Everything we could have possibly wanted was there for us. Easy access. Keep up the good work! We'll be returning soon.

We were very happy with our choice of this Hampton Inn, which is in a quiet, green suburban setting away from the bustle of town, but just off a straight which leads straight into town. Our suite was indeed a suite, whose room layout felt like a little apartment, not two rooms separated by a screen. The bed and sofabed were both quite comfortable; breakfast selection was quite good, with Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches in addition to the usual cold cereals. The staff were very friendly. We could not have been more pleased with our choice!

Had a late arrival time.checked in fully masked.was able to move the car to a temporary parking spot until another came available.room/ bathroom were very clean and sanitized.quiet area.enjoyed the visit

Great mattresses, great sheets, superb pillows. Still has breakfast during Covid. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good feel to the place. My husband and I were pleased, and stayed an extra day. Nice escape from all the distractions at home, and ten minutes down one road to get into downtown Bethlehem with its cute shops, bookstore, and the tapas place for a hot adult beverage. There is a Wegmans super close for supplies, and an indoor pool and seating by a fireplace. Wasn't busy when we were there, and felt very safe. I liked the simple room decor of one framed print.

Nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was appreciated, most hotels aren't doing that during covid. Workers were friendly & seem like they take care of the place.

Great customer service! Joey, very efficient, personalable, and very detailed oriented, also had time to conversate with NICK, great manager, Enjoyed talking with him, extremely PASSIONATE IN WHAT HE DOES.

Quite the contrary! But, I DID NOT LOVE IT! I had such a problem trying to book an adjoining room with my daughter. She made the reservations and then confirmed them with "Gregory" that it was done. Not only when we arrived were we not not in adjoining rooms but we were on entirely different floors. I finally arrived to my room to see that there was an adjoining door, I realized then that someone was being a smart guy. Such incompetence! Yes I said incompetent. My daughter explained to me that because of the mix up I would receive a $15.00 credit not quite sure what it was in reference to. Beautiful hotel but, horrific service! Yes I was determined for the world to see my review.

The hotel managers for day and night we're great at every request Joey and Nick a special thank you to you when my family came and visited me on an out-of-town job and staying there for 2 weeks rollaway beds the extra pillows we're so much appreciated. The rooms are clean neat smell good everyday

Great Continental breakfast with warm and cold options (eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, cereals, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs). The staff was friendly and the hotel was nicely kept and felt very updated. The first floor has a heated pool with a depth of 4.5' at most but lacks a hot tub. The workout room has a few staples, like a treadmill, elliptical and bike. Great hotel!

Really enjoying my stay here. Quiet, conveniently located near many choices of food, drink and grocery stores. Staff are always attentive and willing to help no matter what time of the day it is.

Great place to stop and spend the night. Prices are in line for the area. Room are clean and odor free. Usually will extend check out time. Breakfast is well stocked. Nice place. Use several times a year for past 10+ years.
